The only problem was, he was a dog. When the automatic doors at San Juan Regional Medical Center's emergency room slid open Saturday night, the pooch walked in, blood on his nose and paw, and a puncture hole in one leg. Animal control officer Robin Loev responded to a call from the hospital and suspects the puncture wound was from the bite of another dog. Animals are so much smarter than we give them credit. I love stories of animals helping humans in trouble - but this is a flip around - an animal purposely going to humans - especially a hospital - for help. It wasn't Butters from South Park, tho? When he got the ninja star stuck in his eye and the other kids got scared and dressed him up as a dog to get him help without getting into trouble? Hahahhaha! Wasn't an Ewok either?

This happened during NYC Traffic on busy Freeway. This is a very similar history in Chile. An amazing video of a dog saving another dog that had been hit by a car on the highway. The heroic canine runs into traffic and drags the severely injured dog out of harm's way. The video is very moving....
