Watch this:

The first time when we noticed the laid back crescent, the U-Moon was March 18. 2010.

On February 27, just a feew weeks before there was the 8.8 Chilean EQ, which admittedly modified Earth's rotation/orbit/wobbling, although "just a little bit". [link to earthquake.usgs.gov]
