What's the purpose of these dumbs (deep underground military bases)

I've been in these underground bases, and what is going on there is they are creating monsters to control the populations for their NWO.

My personal opinion is that it is a refuge for the elite and all the resources they can pilfer before the SHTF. They are literally spending money like there is no tomorrow. Something is up.

well undergound bases, certainly makes sense in the world of today with maga nu clear material distruction capibility ... Why heck anything less would be redundant and a useless waste of funds. the deeper the better i say for security purposes since defense war material will only get stronger as decades go by so why start off with defiencent bomb shelters and under ground bases when looking ahead is the wise action.

With the tunnels going from one to another, over vast distances, I wonder how they deal with the tectonic plate movement and earthquakes ect.

But these "DUMBS" will become the "GRAVES" of TPTB!

Maybe they're CAUSING the plate movement? I think they're tombs for the elite...and I don't think the elites realize that yet. Leaving your fellow humans to suffer/die on the surface leads to very BAD karma.

i too wonder about this supposed vacuum-underground train system - if it exists between the DUMBs what sort of protections does it have against tectonic movements? is it because of the depth that little movement of the earth occurs? i am not familiar with the distribution of earth movement at different depths beneath the surface but to me it seems like if the DUMB system is as expansive as rumours have it to be there would be no way that the earth wouldnt eventually shift one of their tunnels - maybe they have sensors all along these tunnels and if any earth movement is detected the trains are brought to a halt and then when the shaking subsides they will dispatch teams to evaluate the damage if any. i guess it wouldnt be too difficult in the scale of things to simply redrill a shifted connection giving the already obscene amounts of money they are spending on these anyways - and plus they have access to tech that public sector doesnt know exists - i wonder if some of that is used in protecting the tunnels and the base itself.

How much food and water is needed to keep the DUMBYS alive when it ends.
How long will the earth be unusable?
How do you prepare for the unknown?
How dumb do you have to be to enter a DUMB?

i agree DUMB is for continuity of government in the event of smaller scale disasters or nuclear war - not an extinction level event - to safeguard against that they are creating off-world colonies where only the highest up the ladder get access to.

So the elite have a place for shelter when Nibiru arrives. The elite want to survive the passing underground. What they do not know is that a polar shift would cause those bases to collapse.

underground is the last place i would want to be in the event of massive earth changes - space is preferable - see my last posting :)

I believe they are trying to survive certain global effects.

Since we exist in a binary star system, the 7th planet of our sister star is going to move through our solar system and effect everything in her path.

I think it's happened 3 times before in recorded human history.

Anyway.. the criminals are using "tax payer money" (ie: stolen money) to build underground bases in the vain hope that they will survive the global changes that this celestial body creates as it moves through our ecliptic.

Unfortunately, just as "the bible says", they will all be buried alive and perish in their underground bases..we most of them anyway..

interesting lol.. if there are galactic federation forces detaining them trying to get out i guess there isn't anywhere to hide but deep underground. bet the anunnaki remnants despise those damn attas of light!

They probably build them in geologically stable areas.

As to their purpose, ostensibly their bunkers to protect certain elite.

Maybe once they get down there, they'll party balls and watch the action topside on the big screen.

Or maybe they'll be killed once underground to make way for new leadership.

I wouldn't put it past them to be creating mutants to pass off as aliens.

Couldn't agree more with this they build these shelters with stolen money and for the purpose of escaping GOD's punishment somehow i think only those that GOD himself chosses will be saved.

But it is kind of funny to hide like moles deep underground it will protect them against tsunamies and massive tidal waves so they will be protected against water but if a pole shift truly happens then you can expect lighting to reach up the center of our planet.

Anyway a pole shift is an extinction level event i don't think there will be any place that is truly safe not even in the dumbs!
