As of Sunday, I freely donated time and money to various charities. My number of charities is now down to ONE ... my family. The rest can get their money from my taxes. However, I will still give time and labor.

I agree with you on one point, that God judges a people based on how they treat the poor. Many Nations, including Sodom and Gomorrah, were destroyed because they forgot to give pity to the poor.

But to have a government sponsor the killing of the unborn is to bring upon it's people, including God's covenant people, the judgment that of taking part in a murder; especially the murder of the innocent. That I am totally against.
