Think it's a shoddy way of doing things anyway, with the stroke of a pen, but is it even going to happen??? He didn't sign it today when he signed the deathcare bill. The white house only says 'soon'. I don't know the details of this. Did ALL he do was make a promise??? What if he NEVER does???? Obama doesn't have the best track record when it comes to telling the truth or keeping promises.

Executive orders don't override established laws. He knows this. If they did, he would have simply signed executive orders on his first day in office to give everyone free healthcare, give amnesty to illegals, and to tax people for energy use. There is a reason he didn't accomplish his goals via easy executive orders: They don't override the law.
