How do I stop the constant dialogue in my head

It just doesn't stop
how do I make it sop

I ONCE had that 'dialogue' in my head yrs ago. Sometimes I could not sleep because of it. Went to bed with it, woke up with it.

Not anymore. What is the answer?

I KNEW it would get 'mocked' on here. But that is OK. I KNOW it is true, I DO NOT HAVE DIALOG RUNNING THROUGH MY HEAD ANYMORE.

It's perfectly normal to have that.

To get it to stop bothering you, you could start meditating or doing spiritual exercises. Start with one minute a day if you find it challenging.

The conversations will continue, but they won't bother you.

That Dialogue, as you call it, is what most people call "thinking".

Consider yourself lucky to have that constant dialoque in your head. It means that you are a step above most of the people around you.

I keep telling myself I want to meditate but whenever I try the thoughts are so discouraging
