It is a big lie! Or at least the modern version is. Its been co-opted into a wealth redistributing control mechanism.

Real Christianity and the Christian church doesn't build big buildings and collect billions of dollars.

Its a personal relationship that has few rules and even fewer enforcers of those few rules.

Any major organization of any "religion" is based on a lie. Very few religions are anything but a control mechanism designed to limit its effectiveness on human society.

The title of this thread is false advertizing, (as I expected), and there's plenty of historic documentation of Yeshua Christ, by Tacitus and Pliny the Younger, and Suetonious, Josephus, Phlegon, Thallus, and the letters to and from Herod and Pilate to each other, and the letter to Rome describing Christ, by a Roman consul, which is backed up by another letter available via "Lost Books of the Bible" in the "Ancient Letters" chapter.

Lots of scriptures predate what was allowed in the Bible.
