The Time is coming for the Ultimate Trials. You must 1st look inside yourself, Clean your mind Body and Soul. Heres How.


Step 1: Fasting.....Try to go 5 days without Food. Just Water.

Step 2: Sleep Depravation (Starts on day 2 of Fasting)

Step 3: Sensory Depravation (on your 5 day of Fasting and 3ird day of Sleep Depravation)


After 2 days of NO food, you will Start to have INTENSE dreams....That opens your mind.....After 72 hours of NO SLEEP you will begin to Experiance "Micro Waking Dreams" (Halusantions) During this step, you will be see the World thru your 3ird eye. Aura's will Appear around people and Animals....Your mind will OPEN up to ALL that is and ALL That Is Not.

I can tell you....the Hardest thing i have EVER done.

Also...HEAT...like a Sauna...will heighten the Effects in the last hour.....FOR me that last hour i Saw MY WHOLEW life....a VERY Deep hard look... a Tribe in Brazil makes a Drug from a Root of a plant that has the Same Effect....as your list hour....I want to do that....

Tried this last year.
1) Was covered waiting on my insurance settlement from the accident. Used my money for rent and new truck note + insurance rest of the bills. Food was last and was none for almost 3 weeks. That left #1 completed.
2) Same time, I live in a lower apartment with very VERY annoying project reject neighbors above. #2 was very easily achieved.
3) Almost impossible to achieve, You can not deprive all senses in a community style life. You hear the idiots, smell the garbage, and so tired from lack of sleep if you close the eyes to lose the sight, you pass out.
#3 = failed.
