Victoria cops are the worst in Canada.

Victoria's full of old people who hate young people - most leave when they hit 18 and move back only when they are married with kids.

About 20 years ago I knew a guy who was trying to break up a fight - a minor skirmish really - that had started with some skinhead hassling some punk kid.

This guy was kind of hippy looking but a really nice guy.

Anyway, while he was trying to pull the skinhead away from the person he was attacking a cop whacked him up the back of the head with his billy bat.

The guy was lucky to be alive - the bat made a blood clot form in his brain and he was in a coma for several days. I think his mum wanted to sue but I never learned what became of it.
