Obama won the election by only 52.9% of the popular vote. Hardly the "landslide" the media likes to talk about.
So, if 55% of Americans favor repeal of the healthcare bill, then it should be repealed. Period.
Otherwise, maybe we need to reconsider whether that 52.9% vote is justification for continuing down this particular road. How about a formal recall of the government? A national election for the purpose of a vote of confidence? Other countries do it; and we want to be like everyone else, right?
