Why would a satellite disappear, their lights turn off?

Holy shit i have been noticing this for weeks, and couldnt work out if it was just me, but i thought the stars seemed to have been disapearing lately. Has to be an explanation.

I believe you, I live in a rural area and have witnessed a "star" disappear also. I believe people in the know, don't really know anything, so I am stuck with these forums and countless hours of research just to find out that there are more people like you and I that realize something is just not adding up with the main stream astronomy, not saying aliens, or falling angels, but things are not as I was taught.

I am 63 and I know the chemtrailing for years has made the stars less visible. There use to be so many more one could see with the naked eye and they were much brighter. i was in Peru about a year ago and at that time the stars could be seen as they used to be or better. Not much chemtrailing in the Amazon.

No, they pass from being lit by the Sun, into the earth's shadow.
Satellites are so high, that it is possible for them to still be in sunlight, while the ground below them is in darkness.

Ask any EXPERIENCED sky observer.
Satellites are far more commonly seen in the couple of hrs after sunset, and the couple of hrs before sunrise. When the Sun is not so far below the horizon.
A few hundred miles of altitude, means they can see over the horizon, and still see the Sun, when you, on the ground below, cannot.

That's because it is now SUMMER

Orion is a winter constellation.
During summer, it is in the sky during daylight hours (and can't be seen)
During winter it is in the sky during night-time (and is very prominent)

I have a permanently polar-aligned equatorial telescope mount in my back garden.
If the Pole was to shift by as little as a few arcminutes, I would notice.

Unless it is some sort of optical effect of light coming through the earth's atmosphere - chemtrails and all, then it could be the debris cloud which accompanies the incoming brown dwarf (small sun or the nibiru?, said to be different), spotted in 2006 on SOHO C3.

These sightings of stars missing, by your thread OP, started in 2010 which is consistent with the posts by Antarctic Astronomer back in 2006 when the debris cloud was first identified to us.. A star moved out of place then and he came in to explain it. The brown dwarf has a large gravitational field, capable of bending electromagnetic waves, or light... Therefore, something to do with gravity which bends light, or the debris cloud which covers over objects in space, could be the explanation you're looking for.

It's interesting that large or bright stars, such as Sirius, would go missing.

How weird...I live in Tucson and I've been saying this on/off for a couple weeks now. Night sky just looks...well, off. Empty. For four nights last week, there was no moon and it was pitch black here to the point where it was hard to drive. Also, saw two fireballs (each on a different night) streaking across the sky (with a comet-like tail behind it) in a perfectly straight line..but slowly and silently...so that I could actually look at it, moving my head as it went by. Then it just went POOF and was gone. My son had seen one the week before and I didn't understand what he was talking about. Then I saw it. And no moon. And, like tonight, very very very few stars and the night sky is cloudless and black. Weirdness. It used to intrigue me but now it makes me feel sad like somethings coming.

And I don't drink.

P.S. If you think it's all in my head, feel free to tell me and I'll gladly believe you.
