You can live without a kidney or a lung. The lung bomb would be the most dangerous, since the whole one side of a rib cage could be utilized as a cavity holding perhaps up to 20 pounds of Semtex with a internal support prosthesis. It is just more fear mongering with theoreticals. It will continue to escalate with more what ifs and hysteria until everyone must have exploratory surgery before a flight. You can't legislate the risk out of life, there is always danger. This is more fear mongering to eliminate the 4th amendment clauses in you federal and equivalent state constitution rights. Ben Franklin, founding father said: "They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."
