I think it was a combination of miscalculations including how many times the brass had been fired, already(possibly)....not to mention a shitty design for a chamber.... IMO
I'll never own another such design. Even if it was technically MY fault...which it was!
Bullet goes boom...and nothing is containing or supporting the rear section of the shell wall. WTF?
