Im so sick of the gov trying to save people from themselves.

The "racial implications" the article mentions is total bs. Who cares if african americans like them? Wanna get them to stop smoking? When folks sign up for food stamps force them to get a tracking device and for every thing they buy that isnt necessary (fake hair, spinners, ciggs, beer, et al) deduct that amount from their gov check each month. These fuckers will break the habit real quick.
