Just a small bump since i cannot edit post above:
German NOW denies German citizenship to immigrants new born kids.
Follow the idea?
Even IF they have kids there, they will not have German citizenship.
German are clever.

In US every child born there is US Citizen. In Germany every child born to a German citizen is a german citizen. So an immigrant child born to an immigrant parent is still an immigrant, but can apply for german citizenship. Approximately half of the immigrants in Germany have german citizenship, and the other half not. In many big cities immigrant population(mostly muslim) is approaching 50%, with new borns at 60-70%.
