Umm weird, we have been blogging back and forth for awhile and what you are saying I started about a month ago. I am just in the beginning, but I believe what you say and I want to hear more about your experience. I have been researching the Myans and Buddism along with meditation. I studied Martial Arts seriously when I was young. I do beleive in possitive energy and I feel you are the same.
