Got 2 books I'm slowly reading at the moment.. with very interesting stuff. First book is..

The Song Of The Greys by Nigel Kerner (ISBN 0-340-69582-X

I must finish this book!

... where she answers Qs on the etherical body & soul & other matters. But, read a bit where she says that the 'paramatman' light can re-balance vital energies.. such as un-tying knots in the chakra. She says there are thin white lines running up the back of the legs to a central point merging together to the head, with 2 red lines running from the front of the legs to merge in a single line to the head. When all the knots are untied & connected that's when one reaches an advanced spiritual state. She's very spiritual, non-religious & talks like a physicist quantam astral technician, with practical ways to 'fix' the energies. But she said it takes time, have paitence.
Amazing woman! I had 'darshan' with her a few months ago.

I've had 2 out of body experciences that I can remember when I was around 5 yrs old & 12 yrs old, under general anasthetic in hospital (5) & dentist (12), where I left my body to see myself knocked out. I floated around, felt no weight or interia, temperature, feeling, fear or sense of time. Sounds were sligthly 'reverby' with vision slightly fish-eyed meaning I could focus on stuff in my periphial vision around me. Could go right through solid walls too. I travelled back to the children's ward to sit on my bed.. but I kept falling off the damn thing.. so floated above the floor looking at the other kids play who couldn't see me at all. After waking up to describe to the nurses what the kids were doing while I was away, they were amazed enough to write it into my medical notes, as I was very accurate. I felt it was perfectly natural, but lonely, but also felt at peace with a curiousity for anything animated or moving/action.

2nd time.. dentist, floated out, was in terrible pain with toothache, put to sleep, leapt forward straight through the frosted glass outside to hover over the main road. I could see our car parked below, cars passing below me, again felt nothing, weightlessness, no temperature, intertia or fear, felt at peace really... was 'aware' I was in the dentist having my tooth pulled, but I was 'here!' Birds were 'aware' of my presence too.. cos they flew right up to me & around me, looking straight at me & making noises to each other, wierd how they flew at my height like that. Next thing I heard my mother calling in the distance in my head & went very fast..!! back throught the window at lightning speed back into my body.. where I felt immediately sick, in pain & nauseous.. quite groggy & tired too. It's like I didn't wanna go back in my body. Later found out they were worried trying to wake me up for half an hour afterwards.
I didn't get the 'crunch' feeling or at least don't remember it. Even with those experiences.. I'm too scared to have a go at it now.. as I might forget my 'keys' to get back in my body.. so to speak.. meaning.. I think leaving the body like that.. makes the body & mind very vunerable to negative spiritual squatters who could steal the body.
I did see a thin..ish luminous dark blue/purple unbilical cord going from my belly button 'area' to wherever my body was.. with an occaisonal twisting about. Rather strange...

fucking ell.. we're sitting here.. but none of us are really solid, just high energy toridal fields forming matter interacting with fields of non-material selves, where 90% is 'unknown' space. God is a brilliant creative engineer. The closest 'vision' I have off a Godhead would have to be Vishnu who has utter complete control of every single point of energy. Not only did a Godhead 'make' the mulitversal energy vortexes ( & seperate consciousnessess to independently control them with 'some' free will), but is omni-present right here.. right now without time & space 'maintaining' the energy, keeping it going constantly as we speak, like a constant fractal energy generator.

Independent life force mini-Godheads came up with stuff like chemicals and DNA at different fractal densities.. to come up with other life-forms (some cuddly.. some demonic..some neutral).. according the class of sun/planet the chemical & DNA designs were designed for. Mini-God artists working with the chemist & bio-engineers came up with the many species of animals at different dimensional densities, independent of the main God-head personality complex, with or without 'his/her/it' approval.. depending on what God fancied being at any one time.. be that in 'human' form/multi-formation. Amazing really... but something has gone 'wrong' where it's out of sync.. simply cos there's too many cooks getting in each others way in the kitchen.. yeah.. too many ego-gods knocking out innit.
