actually 100 to 1 leverage would be a manageable situation, what is likely to be uncovered is far, far worse than that

the 'regulated' markets are rife with manipulation from players and the regulators themselves. the strong arm tactics of the exchanges in resolving delivery shortages will eventually come to an un-resolveable situation and it is no big secret that silver is waaayyy out on the limb in the actual deliverable stocks to outstanding positions ... China knows this and has issued fair warning that they will not be dragged into the looming debacle when it comes to a head
