Macedonia:Thoroughly Greek Name

The Macedonian-name has proven itself to be a thoroughly Greek-name - Only Greeks can use it sincerely, in the genuine sense. NoN-Greeks wanting to use this name should stipulate in precise terms, their association to it, like regional-Identity possibly, followed-up by their parent-ethnicity...this is the format protocol the Greeks use for self-Identity and for self-determination.

A Greek would introduce himself to another Greek using his regional-tribal Identity in the first instance, then anticipate a reciprocal response. A Greek would introduce himself to a foreigner using the same format...regional-Identity in the first instance followed-up by parent-ethnicity in the second instance, then awaite a reciprocal response. In practice, the procedure is simple and uncomplicated.

If the peoples of FYRoM were to adopt Greek protocols for
self-Identity and for self-determination purposes, the procedure would make them Macedonians in the first-instance courtesy of their regional-Identity, and Slavic in the second-instance, courtesy of their parent-ethnicity.

To argue that the Macedonian-name is not Greek in order to usurp it, then proceed to apply that name exclusively to yourself, your country, your ethnicity, your language and your nationality...are actions so hostile to Greeks, you invite them to take defensive actions to protect their history and heritage.

European names are important to Europeans - more important to the people-groups that originated the name in the first place. There is no question about that, no argument that the Macedonian-name originated under Hellenic skies from Greek-speaking peoples using a Hellenic Centum language.

Macedonia is a thoroughly Greek name - who got the front, the gall or the bottle to argue that!
