We may or may not be on the same page....I am NOT into your woo but it is my contention that by giving us the free wills the LORD is in control....I believe in Creation and that God will judge us when we leave this earth....giving him the ultimate control when we die! I also believe in the power of prayer....I have seen and heard with my own eyes what can happen with prayer!

Now as far as my responses go....I believe I was the one insulted NOT you so when the insults are flung at you then you can determine how you respond...until then it is my right to respond how I wish....I was just responding in kind to someone who called me an IDIOT...maybe you should go run to your dictionary now and look that word up too! GEEZ Calin....who put you in charge of responses and comments anyway??
 Quoting: Charlie's Angel 1226089

I do as I please here mostly. And you do as well. That makes us grown ups!

Good comeback to me for responses to others when you are challenged.

I really don't take any 'flung comments" towards me as personal. You may remember some where I have responded with - It is all about you, not me"... things like that. I certainly wouldn't call anyone a moron or coward. You have not heard me say that. Those terms are not used by me towards anyone personally. After all, who am I to judge especially when I don't have a clue about anyone anonymous here. Or... even the named ones!! haha. And now that I think about it.... I may have deserved what was said and agreed. I remember back when I was called naive and gullible. Hmmmmm... stopped some of that! So I actually listened to the comment and grew because of it! Cool huh?!

About being on the same page. I like you. We don't have to be on the same page for me to like someone. In fact, I prefer to hear other views than what I hold ... more interesting and I am less full of myself!! lol I enjoy hearing other points of view.

Prayer is indeed effective. There are scientific studies proving the effectiveness of some types and under certain conditions.

If you are meaning free will in the religious sense, they have to be co-existing for your belief to begin to work..... humans and God. Your stating that you believe in prayers and that God judges us doesn't challenge my statement about we having the powers vs Jesus as you mentioned. I don't see that relation.

If you study Near Death Experiencers scientific research, you will not find cases and reports that recount that GOD judges. The person who died judges their actions themselves. You will also not find that anyone was sent to hell after a life review! That is utter story telling done purposely to frighten children into behaving! It worked for a long time!!!! Too many grew out of that fear mongering tactic or put two and two together!!
 Quoting: calin

YEP...I'm plenty grown up and it doesn't make me an IDIOT either...sometimes you just have to treat others with an "eye for an eye"....that is the only way they sometimes "get it" and yes I have used that technique in my classroom as well....you don't always have to "turn the other cheek" to be a Christian....sometimes it requires aggression when necessary! BTW...the only reason I use COWARD is because the person doesn't put a name to their posts....that is a COWARD in my opinion cuz that's the only name to associate them with!

I am not understanding what you are getting at on the free will part but once again it is simple to me....we are given a free will when we are born and when we die we will be judged on what we did with that free will.....giving GOD the last word on eternal life! That is why I say the LORD is in control of this ride called life...JMO!

I have to say though...I do like you too but your near death analysis is way off base....it says in the Bible....the teachings from Jesus to the disciples....that we will be judged after life here on earth and NO....HELL is NOT a made up story to scare children into behaving.....IF you choose EVIL you can plan on spending eternity somewhere else after death other than with the LORD....NOW what that HELL is....I certainly don't want to find out.....OF course all of my understandings come from my experiences thus far and my religious beliefs and faith in what is written in the bible! If you don't have that same belief and faith then I understand why we will never be on the same page and thus our difference in opinion!
 Quoting: Charlie's Angel 1226089

It is not MY NDE analysis... it is from researchers - many in fact. Doctors, researchers and scientists.

The Bible has been edited to death by emperors, scholars and translators over the centuries. Most of the New Testament was written by people decades later - some centuries. And then there are the books that were written by a fraud!! Haha!! Funny! And the Vatican knows it! How can you be sure that what we see today is actual accounts of what happened to Jesus? Faith is all you have. You cannot know for sure whether there is actual truth.

The sad part is that I was raised a Christian. No one gave me the chance to make up my own mind about whether I wanted to believe what a fraud writer believed or not.

About the same page.... hmmm...
Are we building up a support group here?

I don't know what Bible you are reading but if it was edited to change the facts and proof of creation and the birth and death of Christ then it is not the true teachings and prophecies passed down through the generations....We have several Bibles in our house...some very old....they all have the same teachings and gospels??

Also...being raised Christian doesn't make one a Christian or a believer in Christ....that one you have to figure out for yourself...use your free will and if you don't have the FAITH that the Bible is a real and true book then you just don't have it....that's all I can tell you...though you sound bitter about being raised Christian and not having a say in it at the time....sounds like you have decided whoever raised you were complete LIARS and pushed something down your throat that was untrue.... Best you go to the website and read up on it....I've been posting their info here for a while! They have videos and other info there you can digest!

This is who they say they are at their website....

ABOUT US
We are a group of people who have been brought together to assist in the worlds awakening by reporting truth and exposing our fraudulent corporate government. We bring forth information that the main stream media (msm) refuses to report and our news comes from high level "inside" intelligent sources.

IF OUR GOVERNMENT REALLY WANTS TO KEEP CLASSIFIED SECRETS, THEY SHOULD BE KEPT IN THE SAME PLACE THAT OBAMA’S COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE ARE KEPT.

The beginning of this video (herd mentality, demoralization, ideological subversion, psychological warfare) is for CA. The end of the video (what happens to the paid shills) is for JaN.

Rhetorical questions...

Angel, In this scientific documentary of NDEs and consciousness, there are no reports of God or of God judging anyone. I have seen reports though of those NDEs that have gone beyond where those in this documentary have experienced and they simply had the review and no one judged them - but themselves as they experienced what others felt as well. that is described in this documentary.

Note the list at the beginning of what the study indicates was experienced. Not one listing of being judged by God.

I do hope you will watch it all the way through. It is scientifically documented. And... the scientists and doctors presented are only one set of many - and from years ago.

You misread what I wrote.

It may seem like I was "stung" to you, but I did not dislike church or Sunday school. In fact my mother took me to Black Baptist churches as a willing participant where I was engulfed by the Holy Spirit - or at least that is what they said happened to me. Heck, I was only 10 or so.

So - check out Matthew from the Bible. He was indeed not the true Matthew, but an imposter or ghostwriter or someone with jis own view of things and got his works included. That is one example.

I will let you do the research as I have. Google is your friend! Fraud writers of the Bible, etc.

I find it almost impossible to reason or even discuss with evangelists or staunch religious fanatics anything about the Bible or Christian teachings. They are tunnel visioned and seem overly defensive, hostile and even antagonistic. I find that to be un-Christian-like.

JMO but that documentary isn't proof of anything.....an NDE isn't the same as ultimate death.....unless you can interview someone who died and didn't come back to life then this is NOT proof of anything in my book....you have to die and stay dead...the only one I know who died and rose from the dead was Jesus...I think I will take my chances on what I believe and what I have learned over my lifetime of listening, reading and learning from others who have studied and KNOW the Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ much better than you or I! Unlike you I don't believe the Bible is a bunch of made up stories written by FRAUD authors...but then again it is all about FAITH....if you don't have that then it is understandable why you don't believe!

It still sounds like you are stinging from being forced to do something you really didn't like or want to have anything to do with....like you were made to go to church and Sunday school when you didn't want to....sounds like you had some adverse affects from it!

NOT sure what secrets you are talking about either....I don't recall anyone keeping secrets from me when I was learning about the Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ!
 Quoting: Charlie's Angel 1226089

 Quoting: calin

It's not tunnel vision....it's called FAITH....if you don't have it then it is understandable that you would not be a believer of the teachings and writings from the Bible....IMO that stuff about Matthew is a bunch of HOOEY too...I have already studied and done my research over my entire lifetime so when it comes to my religious and spiritual belief's....well...put it this way....I don't need Google to KNOW what I already KNOW! It's really that simple!

Hebrews 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

John 3:18
"Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son."

Re: Governors of all 50 states...

The Day I Died. NDE + Consciousness Documentary

 Quoting: calin

 Quoting: Charlie's Angel 1226089

What are you saying I don't believe?

You didn't watch the whole video did you?

And even if you did, have you done any research in it? No. I just indicated above that others have gone through the self judging scenario in case studies. But, you have closed your
mind to any scientific possibilities. Have it your stubborn way. It"s no skin off my nose! Lol

Oh, I have also heard the story that Jesus did not die but given a drug on the cross to make it appear that he had. He lived a long life with his family.

He shocked his disciples of course when he visited.

Things were very political then as is now. All kinds of superstitions were created from sheer ignorance and fear.

It's like the word Hell and how it came to be. Silly terms and fear mongering. Hell came from an area (can"t remember the name exactly) where the rubbish and such was burned outside the community.
I can research it later if I have time. It was an abreviated term for the city.

There's tons of facts that take away the mysticismm. Just like I can explain spooky action at a distance as einstein said about quantum physics.

I really don't find this useful to discuss this with you as you hold fast to what comforts you. I on the other hand am open to at least listening to any and all opinions. Doesn't mean I will accept them though just as you won"t for NDE proof.

The bottom line is whether we hold love in our hearts or lower consciousness emotions. It's one's actions and thoughts that count... not whether you believe in a God, Jesus, Bible or Buddha.

You're a wise spiritually minded person indeed Calin. I suspect much of the discord here comes from having ones beliefs challenged and needing to "get back at them" until they "submit" in order to feel comfortable again. And some devout fundamentalist "Christians" are just as happy to hurl insults around like confetti as anyone else... Yes, we do judge ourselves. There is no 12-ft easily enraged Zeus like character sitting on a golden throne just itching to throw people in eternal hellfire damnation for making one mistake. There's a world of difference between positive self-empowering-Spirituality and a medieval-superstition-based social-control-matrix of "fear me or else" and "my way or the highway" fundamentalism.

Completely agree. As for the Bible, one heck of a lot of stuff was added / amended over time, especially during the Council of Nicea, Inquisitions and the Dark Ages - when the Bible was actually banned and made illegal to own (and thus very easy to modify). During the peak of the Dark Ages, some people were even burned at the stake for owning a Bible (and most people at the middle & bottom of society were illiterate and couldn't read what it actually said anyway):-

"Canon 14. We prohibit also that the laity should not be permitted to have the books of the Old or New Testament; we most strictly forbid their having any translation of these books." - The Church Council of Toulouse 1229 AD Source: Heresy and Authority in Medieval Europe, Scolar Press, London, England copyright 1980 by Edward Peters, ISBN 0-85967-621-8, pp. 194-195

The Council of Tarragona of 1234, in its second canon, ruled that: "No one may possess the books of the Old and New Testaments, and if anyone possesses them he must turn them over to the local bishop within eight days, so that they may be burned..." - The Church Council of Tarragona 1234 AD; 2nd Cannon - Source : D. Lortsch, Historie de la Bible en France, 1910, p.14.

The Council of Nicea occurred in 325AD where a group of Bishops got together and decided what should be included in the Bible, and what shouldn't, creation of Canon Law, Nicene Creed, etc. Most modern Bible's are based on Bible's that came long after this (usually the 1611 King James version which was translated mostly from Greek, and subsequent late 19th century Revised English versions based on King James), so they'll all appear to say the same thing. To give an example of how the Bible is not infallible (and is one issue that as you say, drives English-speaking evangelicals berserk when pointed out) is the fact that the Anglicized name "Jesus" wasn't even his real name (it was "Yeshua" in original Aramaic), and is the result of a mistranslation of a mistranslation : Yeshua (Aramaic, pronounced YEH-shoe-er) -> Iesous (Greek pronounced ee-ay-SOOS) -> Iesus (Latin pronounced YAY-sus) -> Jesus (Modern English pronounced GEE-zuhs):-

 Quoting: calin

Its original meaning used to refer to those who were behind NESARA and related farms claims (eg, General Ray Swasinger sat in on the farms claims hearings if you really want a known name). Today, it's often just an overly used label that's attached to any "conspiracy heroes" from Ben Fulford's "Dragon Ninja's" (who make a lot of huff & puff and issue empty ultimatum after empty ultimatum), to the ordinary patriot community pretending to be a secret agent for attention seeking purposes or those who call themselves "White Knights" just because they realized the unsustainability of the current system and read a few Internet rumors and want an aura of mystique around themselves. The problem is, too many people are sucked into attachment to labels, and "White Knight" (these days) is just another label that some people unthinkingly jump on without questioning or discernment. Eg, one lot of Youtube video's by "ThankYouWhiteKnights" did nothing but praise and fall for Tim Turner. The truth is, they're as "in the dark" and "guessing the solution" as anyone else, they just use the term "White Knights" as an "appeal to authority" (ie, "do not question or argue with me because I say I'm a White Knight", etc).

This stuff is getting silly. It's like juveniles playing of the computer to see what reactions they get.

Sadly, you're right, that's exactly the case. There may well be a group of genuine White Hats quietly cooperating on a new NESARA-style post-fractional reserve financial system, but I'm willing to bet a large sum of money that if there were such people, they wouldn't sit around all day making self-glorification Youtube videos...

In all honesty Calin, I think the below post on Greg's Blog (in below link) nails your question in one. Remaining in a comfort zone is easier and more convenient than having beliefs shattered and left with discovering new paradigms. Change is seen by the inflexible as discomforting.

I calibrated your LOC - level of consciousness - and you are higher (590) than the average (globally) which hovers now around 240. Dr. David Hawkins developed the Map Of Consciousness years ago. I have more details on my thread here at GLP. With that high of a calibration, you are counterbalancing hundreds of thousands in the lower levels of consciousness (-200). Thank you for your service to humanity and our planet!!

Very interesting thread indeed you have there. I've always been fascinated between the relationship of the average LOC and the "sticky" patches societies go through (like the dark ages when LOC falls) and the "jumps" after them when LOC rises (like the 18th century Enlightenment era when people go beyond blind faith & obedience into developing rationality / discernment / acumen). Quite stunning to realize that if people had put aside their ego's / pride / anger / fear, etc, 1,000 years ago, and if the Age of Enlightenment had happened 300 years earlier, then we could have very well be living in a 24th Century society today instead of having a few centuries mass consciousness evolution knocked off through "consciousness slavery". Still, growing out of it is all part of the collective experience of being human I suppose.

New Casper for those interested.....

CASPER OPINION: MAY 14, 2011

More observations in front of Mondays surgery which will keep me in the hospital for a week and ‘out of commission’ for a period thereafter. Wendy will take over.

By now you have read White Hat Report #19 which confirms what WE have been telling you, ‘there is a potato in the pipeline’.

Their analysis has Panetta blocking things on behalf of the Bush Gang, ours says on behalf of Obama too and that even bigger ‘potato’s’ such as the ongoing attempts to steal all funds and/or to use the funds as collateral for trades, especially the funds represented by the trigger packs, are also ‘in the pipeline’. I dare say the actions of someone like Panetta are likely ‘subject to’ events far above his pay grade. AND, ongoing never ending fighting at the highest levels over the funds, which Faction gets what, etc…ALSO, WE have further confirmation the Pay Down Story De Jure is false.

In our opinion, Obama and all others associated with the Unconstitutional Corporation controlling D.C. will be ‘relieved of duty’ when funding occurs which explains why they will do anything, anything at all, to stop the return to the Constitution and the Republic which is triggered by the funding. Obama has announced his intention to raise One Billion Dollars to get himself re-elected. To what? To President of the Unconstitutional Corporation. WE view Panetta as todays ‘Soldier De Jure’ not the Decision Maker.

It always, in our minds, comes down to who controls the ‘manufacture of money’, i.e. the ‘Printing Press’. Obviously the bad guys are about out of bullets (money) worldwide. Do they have the ability to keep on creating out of thin air? Will they somehow overcome the Debt Ceiling Limitations maintaining themselves in power? Does China, and/or ‘the world’ have the ability to stop their Ponzi Monetary Scam? Will the allies/participants in this Illuminati Managed Play for World Control be able to reinvigorate/recapitalize themselves through the Obama/Soros/U.N/IMF hocus pocus going on behind the scenes? Will the CORPORATION now issue DEBT INSTRUMENTS denominated in foreign currencies as Carter did, somehow keeping the exploding debt ‘off the books’, somehow making it not subject to the Debt Ceiling? Does ‘the world’ have the power to put a stop to this charade which is destined to destroy Historical America, Free Enterprise, Capitalism and all but the wealthiest of American Citizens?

With ‘the new’ it is the Corporation/Fed Fiat which is destroyed. If Obama/Bush et al defeat the new to maintain themselves and the Corporation in power and avoid exposures, it is the people, their Constitution and their Country which is destroyed and EVIL wins the game, total control, a Police State, World Government.

Obviously the stakes could not be higher, the world is at stake. There should be no confusion at this late hour as to who defends the Corporation, the status quo. The ‘fight’ is ongoing. The fight, as always, is over money, lots of money, who gets what, etc.. The rest is smoke and mirrors and outright lies and disinformation. All WE can do is observe and report.

This is the bottom line Calin....you can post all the documentaries and scientific nonsense you want but after nearly 60 years on this earth I have already done my due diligence and know what I know and believe what I believe...my FAITH in God and the Trinity is unwavering and I will not waste my time wading through BS that will never stand up to the truth and the writings and teachings of Jesus...all written down for us in the Bible!

Now....you evidently don't believe the Bible to be true and think it was edited and written by FRAUD authors which is your right.....I on the other hand believe the opposite after spending much of my life listening and studying the writings in the Good BOOK....as I mentioned I have had several classes in High School and College....so long story short....our two belief systems will never mesh and best we leave it at that!

Your woo stuff may work on others but it won't work on me....I'm a staunch believer in what the Lord Jesus Christ has promised to those of us who believe his words and follow his ways....and in the end we will all be judged having used our free wills......

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Calin....you may want to consider spending your time at the below referenced site I found instead of at all those WOO--WOO sites and youtube videos...a lot of the information presented at this site I learned in High School and College but it looks to be a good place to go and refresh my memories and find great explanations and understandings as to why the Bible is a book of truth and NOT made up stories.....this will delight you too.....THEY EVEN PRESENT SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE AS TO WHY THE BIBLE IS A TRUE BOOK......FACTS....PROOF....EVIDENCE....OMG....

BTW...thanks to you....I stumbled upon another book that I am going to look for at the Library or order it and read...it is by a man named Dennis Marcellino called "The Proof...that God exists and the Bible is True" looks to be a great read and good ammunition against those who are not believers!

How Do You Know The Bible Is True?

Starting the Foundation

Proving whether something is true or not is called apologetics. This word is derived from the Greek word “apologia,” which means “to defend.” The entire Clarifying Christianity site is filled with apologetics—proofs and explanations for many Christian-related issues. The focus of this page is the proof supporting the accuracy of the Bible. After all, if the Bible is not true or if it is filled with errors, Christianity would only be a “blind faith”—something people believe without any evidence to support it.

However, Christianity is not a blind faith. It is the only religion that can prove itself, and a main source of that proof is the Bible. Although it is becoming less common, there are still people who tell others that they follow Christianity “because it feels right” (or use wording like that). This is unfortunate, since there is a lot of evidence supporting Christianity. The existence of all that evidence is one reason we started this site. We want people to learn about the solid evidence that supports their faith, and have a place that collected that evidence so they can show it to others.

Re: Governors of all 50 states...

HA! You are so predictable!

It means nothing to me what you believe. It means everything to me though whether you contribute to humanity in a constructive manner. Quoting verses does not make anyone a constructive member to society as demonstrated by all the jailed pastors, bishops, preachers and ministers!

I merely asked you to watch a video - one which I hadn't even seen yet. But you make up things that you want to believe about me and try to divert the attention to the fact you are not a seeker of truth. You always want to target someone tangible like me or others here for example instead of look at facts and evidence from scientists, Bible scholars and/or holy men and women. There is a psychological term for that which I am sure others here will come up with - it escapes me now though.

You act brain washed... or mind controlled. I thought you were more of a free thinker. Well, I can clearly see that you don't practice critical thinking that's for sure! Critical thinking classes should be mandated for all teachers.

The list of core critical thinking skills includes observation, interpretation, analysis, inference, evaluation, explanation and meta-cognition.

There is a reasonable level of consensus among experts that an individual or group engaged in strong critical thinking gives due consideration to:

Evidence through observation
Context
Relevant criteria for making the judgment well
Applicable methods or techniques for forming the judgment
Applicable theoretical constructs for understanding the problem and the question at hand

In addition to possessing strong critical thinking skills, one must be disposed to engage problems and decisions using those skills. Critical thinking employs not only logic but broad intellectual criteria such as clarity, credibility, accuracy, precision, relevance, depth, breadth, significance and fairness.

You only present what you want to look at - one side of the issue. Look at the other and prove it wrong with your evidence and that will be the real test of your critical thinking.

Re: Governors of all 50 states...
The traditional explanation that a burning rubbish heap in the Valley of Hinnom south of Jerusalem gave rise to the idea of a fiery Gehenna of judgment is attributed to Rabbi David Kimhi's commentary on Psalm 27:13 (ca. A.D. 1200). He maintained that in this loathsome valley fires were kept burning perpetually to consume the filth and cadavers thrown into it. However, Hermann Strack and Paul Billerbeck state that there is neither archaeological nor literary evidence in support of this claim, in either the earlier intertestamental or the later rabbinic sources.[8] Also, Lloyd R. Bailey's "Gehenna: The Topography of Hell"[9] from 1986 holds a similar view.

The late 4th century Latin Vulgate does not distinguish between Gehenna and Sheol/Hades rendering both as inferno
The Old English of Ælfric and then the English of the 14th century Wycliffe Bible render the Latin inferno as Hell.
The 16th century Tyndale and later translators had access to the Greek, but Tyndale translated both Gehenna and Hades as same English word, Hell.
The 17th century King James Version of the bible is the only English translation in modern use to translate Sheol, Hades, and Gehenna as Hell.

Many modern Christians understand Gehenna to be a place of eternal punishment called hell.
