Landmark Case Could Stymie Legal System

For those of you who have been following the John Anthony Hill (JAH) Case, it is great to be able to share that he was acquitted, on the 12th of May 2011, of the ridiculous and politically-motivated charge of attempting to "pervert the course of justice". For those of you less familiar with this landmark case, John Anthony Hill is the Producer of the documentary film "7/7 Ripple Effect". There are two very important precedents that were established with this case that need to be studied in detail. There was a preliminary argument presented to the court to challenge both the jurisdiction and the sovereignty of Elizabeth Battenberg/Mountbatten, which was based on two distinct points.

The first point being she was knowingly, and
with malice aforethought, coronated on a fake stone in 1953 and thus has never been lawfully crowned. There are those who may wish to argue that this point is irrelevant, as Judge Jeffrey Vincent Pegden did at the trial, wrongly thinking the Coronation is just a ceremony because she has been pretending to be the monarch for over 58 years.
In actual fact the Coronation is a binding oath and a contract, requiring the monarch's signature. Which brings us to the second point.

At that Coronation ceremony, Elizabeth signed a binding contract, before God and the British people, that she would do her utmost to maintain The Laws of God. This she solemnly swore to do, with her hand placed on the Sovereign's Bible, before kissing The Bible and signing the contract. Please note well that in The Law of God, found in the first five books of The Bible, man-made legislation is strictly prohibited.

The very first time that she gave "royal assent" to any piece of man-made legislation, she broke her solemn oath with God and with the British people and she ceased to be the monarch with immediate effect.
To date, she has broken her oath thousands and thousands of times, which is a water-proof, iron-clad, undeniable FACT. She is therefore without question not the monarch, but instead is a criminal guilty of high treason among her other numerous crimes.

All of the courts in the U.K. are referred to as HM courts or "her majesty's" courts, which means every judge draws their authority from her. All cases brought by the state are "Regina vs. Xxxxxxx", which means they are all brought in the name of the queen. So if she isn't really the monarch, then she doesn't have the authority or the jurisdiction to bring a case against anyone else. And neither do any of "her majesty's" courts or judges.

Bearing in mind the legal maxim that no man can judge in his own cause, it should be crystal clear that no judge in the Commonwealth could lawfully rule on a challenge to the jurisdiction and sovereignty of the monarch. It is a question of their own authority, so they are obviously not impartial to the outcome. That is why the ONLY way the question of jurisdiction can lawfully and impartially be decided is by a jury. And that is exactly why John Anthony Hill requested a jury trial to decide his challenge to the jurisdiction and sovereignty of Elizabeth.

No judge under any circumstances can deny someone their right to request a jury trial. No judge can lawfully rule in their own cause. That doesn't mean they won't try, it only means that when they do, they are committing a criminal act (just as Judge Jeffrey Vincent Pegden did at John Anthony Hill's trial) and that their decision is immediate grounds for an appeal and for a citizen's arrest. The fact that the court and its corrupt judge tried to ignore this particular point is proof that they are well aware they have no lawful authority.

That is one of the reasons why this is a landmark case. If everyone began using this defence tomorrow, in all of the Commonwealth courts and in the United States, the entire legal system could be brought to its knees in a matter of weeks if not days.

Judges/lawyers have taken an oath (B.A.R.), thus ordered to comply to Exhibit 1, and Exhibit 2 (Bible), and it is as simple as that. People lacked awareness of that which was in place, and there for people to use, but didn't know. We know now.

For those of you in the United States who may be thinking "hey, we aren't a Commonwealth country, why would this affect us?" all you really need to know is that these three little letters:- B.A.R., stand for the British Accreditation Registry. It doesn't matter whether it is the Australian BAR or the Canadian BAR or the American BAR association; they ALL report to the British monarch, who is the head of the BAR.

So thanks to John Anthony Hill and this amazing precedent, we now all know a peaceful way to bring the system down. If enough people ACT and use this simple, bullet-proof defence, we can put an end to this insanity and injustice. All that is required now is for YOU to spread the word to as many as possible so that this peaceful rebellion can begin immediately. Or you can watch the last remnants of your freedoms swept away as the Global Elite plunge the entire world into bankruptcy and WW3 to usher in their "New World Order".

By now some of you may be beginning to see the Light at the end of this very dark tunnel and are so enthusiastic about putting this simple plan into motion that you may have forgotten there was a second precedent set during this landmark case.

While the official reason for this trial was to address this
trumped-up and frivolous charge of attempting to "pervert the course of justice", the real reason for this trial was so the authorities could punish John Anthony Hill for making the "7/7 Ripple Effect" which, in less than an hour and using strictly mainstream media reports, completely dismantles the official government conspiracy theory. The film is so credible that even the prosecution at the trial, after showing it in its entirety to the jurors, admitted that the film was made in such a way that it "changes the minds of people who see it." That's how powerful the truth really is.

This was the first time this information was shown at an official proceeding and the results were impressive. At least 83% of the jurors felt the film accurately depicted what happened in London on July 7th, 2005 and that John Anthony Hill did the right thing. For those unfamiliar with the case, JAH forwarded copies of the "7/7 Ripple Effect" to the Kingston Crown court in 2008 in the hope of correcting misleading statements made by the judge and the QC at the outset of the first trial of the supposed "7/7 helpers" (who were also found not guilty).

John Anthony Hill was also able to enter into the official record his testimony about what happened on September 11th, 2001 in the United States and that both 9/11 and 7/7 were false flag attacks. He went on to show the jurors the now infamous BBC report of the collapse of the Salomon Brothers building (WTC7) by Jane Standley on 9/11/2001. She reported the collapse 25 minutes before it actually occurred, and with the building clearly visible and still standing in the window behind Jane Standley's left shoulder, leaving no doubt that the BBC had foreknowledge of the event.

As a result of the "7/7 Ripple Effect" being shown to the jurors by the prosecution and John Anthony Hill's testimony about 9/11, the truth that those two events were false flag attacks and that the mainstream media is nothing more than a government propaganda machine is now officially on record.

And the "Not Guilty" verdict by the jury is a ringing endorsement of that official record.

This case brings with it a New Hope and the opportunity for a new beginning, where liberty, justice, and peace aren't just nice sounding words, but a reality. This could be heaven on earth instead of the hell we have let it become by allowing all of this evil to grow up around us. Just as John Anthony Hill has shown us by example, all it takes is a dauntless faith that good will always triumph over evil and the courage to take action to do the right thing, regardless of the personal cost.

I feel compelled to post this…

Due to the apparent over-excitement caused by certain sites about what THEY claim to be a revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar, I need to emphasize that, IN MY MIND, there IS NO RV until their is absolute proof it has happened. Please DO NOT get overly excited just because certain people claim it has RV’d!!! These claims have once again originated from the same people and sites they always have come from, so I’m very leery.

Until I can verify on all the major boards, see it on the CBI website, AND hear from Ali that he as indeed been given verification it has happened, I can NOT believe it. I am HOPEFUL the people making these incredibly bold claims are genuine in their intent and are telling the truth, but until we see proof everyone needs to remain calm.

For me, it’s best NOT to believe it until I can see and verify it. Again, I hope it’s all true, but I’ve heard NOTHING as of yet about it. I will be making calls today, and… we’ll see.

While it's tempting to point out that CA is, yet again wrong about all this Dinar RV crap, it seems just so friggen redundant at this point. Listening to any of the RV pumpers claiming the RV is "happening" is like hearing Kelby Smith saying "The Republic has been Reinhabited."

Let me just get this out of my system, CA, don't bother reading it, it doesn't conform to your prejudices so you wont agree with it. Let's not waste each others time.

The value of the Iraqi dinar will change over time relative to the US dollar. This is a fact. The question becomes is purchasing Dinar a realistic investment. The answer is of course,...perhaps. If they can stop murdering each other long enough to develop a stable economy they have a tom of resources at their disposal. he all hope they get their crap together but let's face it, that wont happen tomorrow and even if it did the value of the dinar wouldn't multiply by 3,000% the day it did. Sorry folks, that will never, ever happen.

This is how the scam works. I spend a few weeks surfing the dinar sites and "learn the lingo." Then I pay for a M.S.B. registration which allows me to run a "Money Service Business" like cashing checks for a fee or exchanging money for a fee. Then I buy Dinar at a few points over value and sell them to you people for a whole lot less than it's worth.

How do you make people pay a whole friggen lot more for something than it's realistically worth? By telling them it's worth more than you're selling it for silly. There are so many people running this exact same scam that it's formed it's own echo chamber. When a rumor hits one dinar site it's echoed on all the other dinar sites in hours. And all the site owners are happy to let this happen because all that false and squandered hope is all still hope, and as long as people have it they'll buy Dinar and dinar related crap for far more than it's worth.

I feel obliged to pick on my favorite dinar related scam artist, Rodolph Coenen because he's just such a smarmy sack of crap. He has all of you dinar people thinking he's a professional investment adviser but he isn't licensed to sell investments or securities anywhere on the planet. Yet somehow he has you dinartards lining up to give him $750 a head so you can join the "hedge fund" he's going to create after the dinar "RVs". I just want you to know his offer has been archived and when you all realize how he ripped you off, I know for a fact his information is available online. You can both sue his ass in civil court AND assist the prosecution in the inevitable criminal investigation. The two aren't mutually exclusive. Then go on to ask yourself the most important question, why didn't you ask Rudy for proof of his credentials BEFORE you handed him your money and what sort of questions should you be asking the NEXT person who tires to abuse your faith, and your wallet.

Americans NOT Frightened Enough by the Un-Patriot Act

Many Americans think they understand the dangers of the Patriot Act, which Congress has vowed to extend 4 more years in a vote later this week. Trust me when I say, Americans are not nearly frightened enough.
Ever wonder why the truth about 9/11 never got exposed? Why Americans don¡¯t have a clue about leadership fraud surrounding the War on Terror? Why Americans don¡¯t know if the 9/11 investigation was really successful? Why the Iraqi Peace Option draws a blank? Somebody has known the whereabouts of Osama bin Laden¡ª or his grave¡ªfor the past 10 years. But nobody¡¯s talking to the people.
In significant part, that¡¯s because of the Patriot Act¡ª a law that equates free speech with sedition. It¡¯s got a big agenda, with 7,000 pages of Machiavellian code designed to interrupt individual questioning of government policy. In this brave new world, free speech under the Bill of Rights effectively has been declared a threat to government controls for maintaining stability. And the Patriot Act has become the premiere weapon to attack whistle blowers and dissidents who challenge the comfort of political leaders hiding inconvenient truths from the public. It¡¯s all the rage on Capitol Hill, as leaders strive to score TV ratings, while demogauging their ¡°outstanding leadership performance¡± on everything from national security to environmental policy.
Truth has Become Treason
But wait¡ªCongress assures us the Patriot Act only targets foreigners, who come to our shores seeking to destroy our way of life through violent, criminal acts. Good, law abiding Americans have nothing to fear. The Patriot Act restricts its powers of ¡°roving wiretaps¡± and warrantless searches to international communications among ¡°bad guys.¡± Congress has sworn, with hand on heart, it¡¯s only purpose is breaking down terrorist cells and hunting out ¡°lone wolf¡± mad men.
That¡¯s what they told you, right? And you believed them? You trust the government. Well, that was your first mistake. With regards to the Patriot Act, it¡¯s a fatal one. Would the government lie to you? You betcha! And they have.
The Patriot Act reaches far beyond terrorism prevention. In my home state of Maryland, State Police invoked the Patriot Act to run surveillance on the Chesapeake Climate Action Network dedicated to wind power, recycling and protection of the Chesapeake Bay. They infiltrated the DC Anti War Network, suggesting the group might be a front for ¡°white supremacists,¡± and Amnesty International, claiming to investigate ¡°civil rights abuses.¡± Opponents of the death penalty also got targeted (in case they got violent).
Bottom line: truth tellers who give Americans too much insight on any number of issues are vulnerable to a vast arsenal of judicial weapons typically associated with China or Mynamar. In the Patriot Act, the government has created a powerful tool to hunt out free thinking on the left or right. It doesn¡¯t discriminate. Anyone who opposes government policy is at risk
How do I know all this? Because I was the second non-Arab American ever indicted on the Patriot Act. My arrest defied all expectations about the law. I was no terrorist plotting to explode the Washington Monument. Quite the opposite, I had worked in anti-terrorism for almost a decade, covering Iraq and Libya, Yemen, Egypt and Malaysia at the United Nations. At the instruction of my CIA handler, I had delivered advance warnings about the 9/11 attack to the private staff of Attorney General John Ashcroft and the Office of Counter-Terrorism in August, 2001. FBI wire taps prove that I carried details of a comprehensive peace framework with Iraq up and down the hallowed corridors of Capitol Hill for months before the invasion, arguing that War was totally unnecessary.
I delivered those papers to Democrats and Republicans alike; to my own second cousin, White House Chief of Staff Andrew Card; and to Secretary of State Colin Powell, who lived next door to my CIA handler. Gratis of the Patriot Act, we had the manila envelope and my hand written notes to Secretary Powell, dated a week before his infamous speech at the United Nations. My papers argued that no WMDs would be found inside Iraq, and that the peace framework could achieve all U.S. objectives without firing a shot.
In short, I was an Asset who loudly opposed War with Iraq, and made every effort to correct the mistakes in assumptions on Capitol Hill.
Then I did the unthinkable. I phoned the offices of Senator Trent Lott and Senator John McCain, requesting to testify before a brand new, blue ribbon Commission investigating Pre-War Intelligence. Proud and confident of my efforts, I had no idea Congress was planning to blame ¡°bad intelligence¡± for the unpopular War.
Over night I became Public Enemy Number One on Capitol Hill.
Thirty days later I awoke to hear FBI agents pounding on my door. My nightmare on the Patriot Act lasted 5 years¡ª Four years after my arrest, the Court granted me one morning of evidentiary testimony by two supremely credible witnesses. Parke Godfrey verified my 9/11 warnings under oath. Otherwise, I never got my day in Court.
The Patriot Act¡¯s Arsenal to Stop Free Speech
If you care about America and the traditions of freedom, whether you¡¯re progressive or conservative, you should be angry about this law.
First come the warrantless searches and FBI tracking surveillance. My work in anti-terrorism gave me no protection. I got my first warrantless search after meeting an undercover FBI agent to discuss my support for free elections in Iraq and my opposition to torture and sexual humiliation of Iraqi detainees. (Sorry guys, body wires don¡¯t lie.)
If truth tellers don¡¯t get the message to shut their mouths, the Justice Department ratchets up the pressure. Defendants face secret charges, secret evidence and secret grand jury testimony. Throughout five years of indictment, my attorneys and I never got to read a single FBI interview or grand jury statement. Under the Patriot Act, the whistleblower/defendant has no right to know who has accused him or her of what criminal activities, or the dates of the alleged offenses, or what laws got broken.
Of course, I was able to piece together my activities. I knew that ¡°sometime in October, 2001¡å an Iraqi diplomat gave me the English translation of a book on depleted uranium, which showed how cancer rates and birth defects had spiked in Iraqi children.
And I was quite certain that on October 14, 1999, an Iraqi diplomat asked me how to channel major financial contributions to the Presidential Campaign of George Bush and Dick Cheney. The Justice Department got the date from me, since I reported my conversation immediately to my Defense Intelligence handler, Paul Hoven.
It¡¯s unlikely the grand jury knew that, since the Justice Department has the prerogative to keep a grand jury in the dark. In this brave new world, a grand jury can be compelled to consider indictments carrying 10 years or more in prison, without the right to review evidence, or otherwise determine whether an individual¡¯s actions rise to the level of criminal activity at all.
That¡¯s just the beginning. Once Congress scores an indictment against a political opponent, the Justice Department can force Defense attorneys to undergo protracted security clearances, while the whistle blower cum defendant waits in prison¡ª usually in solitary confinement or the SHU. After the security clearance, prosecutors have an ironclad right to bar attorneys from communicating communications from the prosecution to the defendant, on threat of disbarment, stiff fines or prison sentence.
Scared yet? Once you get to trial, the situation gets much worse. The Patriot Act declares that a prosecutor has no obligation to show evidence of criminal activity to a jury at all. And the Defense can be denied the right to argue a rebuttal to those secret charges, because it requires speculation that might mislead the jury¡ªor might expose issues that the government considers, well, secret. After all that a Judge can instruct a jury that the prosecution regards the secret evidence as sufficient to merit conviction on the secret charges. The Jury can be barred from considering the lack of evidence in weighing whether to convict.
Think I¡¯m exaggerating? You would be wrong. That¡¯s what happened to me. All of it¡ªwith one major glitch. All of this presumes the whistle blower¡¯s lucky enough to get a trial. I was denied mine, though I fought vigorously for my rights. Instead, citing the Patriot Act, I got thrown in prison on a Texas military base without so much as a hearing¡ªand threatened with indefinite detention and forcible drugging, to boot.
Americans are not nearly afraid enough.
Neither is Congress. As of this week, members of Congress should be very afraid. Anyone who votes to extend the Patriot Act should expect to pack their bags in 2012. They will be targeted for defeat. I posted this early in the morning as it came out from certain groups who have Intel and speak with very good sources.....I won't believe it either until the funds are in my account but it will revalue and when it does it won't matter who said it first......just know that sources are saying it is quite close and much of the info and news out of Iraq shows that...also it has been confirmed by numerous people the certain US banks are also getting ready for this! Hello folks, have a wonderful memorial day. I come with wonderful news while things have been so silent out here on the real side. I report history, things done and can’t be undone. In the past 2 weeks they have funded all important levels at this time…this is the ‘grey computer screens’ in the various countries meaning the funds are in place and flashing, those screens will turn green once delivery to the bottom level has been completed. For the us folks, it is important to note the us treasury is one of those funded. The ‘wanta money’ has been moved into position, another reason the republicans are going to find mr Obama hard to beat in 2012. He met with the man in 09 and set everything in place. Bush and Clinton should’ve treated the man right, instead of jailing him or steal it. This money was intended for the us treasury from the moment it was loaned by a dragon lady to reagan all those years ago. Thinking people don’t really care about politicians ‘posturing’, they care about eating and making it…as in ‘what have you done for me lately’? Can I feed these babies? Why don’t the common people have the same medical care washington has, why should this be a political issue? We’re talking basic human dignity here. As everyone is about to find out there’s ‘plenty’ for everyone. It’s just been held back by the greedy and the ‘me first’ bunch surviving off the labor of the little people, much like lords and serfs. Which is so middle ages.

Nothing I’m saying has anything to do with bad guys not still trying to stick their fingers where they don’t belong, but the ‘cost’ is severe so they do so at their own peril, and with that man watching everything there is no escape , so some folks are falling on their swords, following stupid requests made by the cabal. If I were them I’d tell them to do it themselves, and reap their own consequences. It’s like somebody who loves to put out here, ‘poof said this or poof said that, that I clearly didn’t say, you’re not going to get me in trouble, I will never breach security, and they can track where stuff comes from so have fun ok. I wasn’t even on the net or talked to anyone on sat. That’s what you get for thinking, ‘Study long, study wrong’. This next paradigm is going to move folks from, thinking to knowing. The mind is over glorified, time to move to from the lower part of consciousness and get to the part that ‘knows’.

So to put this away, I don’t know if they have started dropping on people yet, but you will know for sure soon enough and you shouldn’t be blabbing out here anyhow. Listen to the person at the bank who’ll be accessing thru, no instructions coming across the web. This is no joke and no time to be acting like a cocky american, humility rules. That non disclosure will kick your butt if you ignore it…and after all this time why chance it??? This is the place where the buddy system ends, you will have to stand on your own two feet. We ‘itus’ is a disease and for people that have a mouse in their pocket. Have a wonderful future and enjoy yourselves. RV’s have to do with the entry to the new global banking system what else would there be a revalue to, but I said that already but ‘poofy’ don’t know nuthin’ right? History will be bear me out, so I care not about opinions, they are kind of like fly crap they’re are everywhere.

Scooter: If you’ve never checked this organization out, you might want to explore their site as they were very visible at the recent G8 meetings. Wonder Why???? Hmmmmmmm.

Scooter: Now, to address the recent G8 and G20 meetings and what is occurring as a result from that meeting.

Scooter: WE NEED TO GO BACK IN HISTORY A BIT TO UNDERSTAND THIS ONE.

Scooter: First item I would like to address is one of the overall goals of the United States. When we first went into Afghanistan and Iraq, one of the main goals was to eliminate Terrorism and its breeding ground in MENA (Middle East and Northern Africa). The most compelling methods to do this is through trade and strong economic growth plans for the regions. With that said, the concept was to secure Iraq and Afghanistan and have those two countries become incredibly successful.

Scooter: In Iraq, we all know about the oil, natural gas, agricultural potential, etc… In Afghanistan, the US wasn’t certain until recently when the US Geologicals came back recently and found over $1.0 Trillion worth of Lithium. You have to understand, Afghanistan’s GDP is only $12 Billion. There first Lithium order was well worth over $1Billion and they haven’t even started the mining. By the way, every laptop and cell phone uses lithium for their batteries

Scooter: The concept was to make these two countries the beacons of success and as a result the domino effect would occur with Iran, Syria, Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, etc…

Scooter: Now, this strategy was documented in some of the early RAND strategies from the first Gulf War. It was a similar strategy that disabled the former Communist Regimes in Russia. Just last week, we’re starting to see this strategy unfold at the recent G8 and G20 conference. Below are some of the items:

Scooter: So, we have a regional transformation – one of the many important keys to success is the improved living standards in Iraq.

Scooter: 1. June 30th — Full release of DFI Fund under UN control to United States Treasury

Scooter: I think we all know how this came down. The Presidential Order was signed on May 22nd to extend the Order of protection of those funds until further evaluation on June 30th, 2011. If the Iraqi’s didn’t play ball, the President would have released the Funds and the US courts would have “ILLIQUIDATED” Iraq instantly with a fat $100, 073, 000,000 Bill. After Zebari told Parliament this information, they had a change of heart and they played ball.

Scooter: The fund will be transferred and under the protection of the US Treasury and nobody will be able to touch those funds and Iraq will be allowed to grow and become more prosperously.

Scooter: Since the US pretty much controls the UN, IMF, IAU, etc… — all other rules have fallen out of the way.

Scooter: I love this one because the banking reform is something that nobody is talking about and it happens in June. Here’s some excerpts:

Scooter: The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) and the Ministry of Finance indicated that the restructuring of the balance sheets of the two largest state-owned banks, Rafidain Bank and Rasheed Bank, will be completed at the end of June 2011.

Scooter: The restructuring plan is being implemented by a Bank Reconciliation Unit (BRU), chaired by the CBI, with the participation at a technical level of staff from the CBI, the Ministry of Finance and other stakeholders. The BRU’s objectives are to deal with the legacy assets and liabilities of the previous regime to identify and propose to write-off non-performing loans to defunct state-owned enterprises to propose a course of action for other remaining un-reconciled accounts and to revalue the remaining foreign currency denominated balance sheet items.

Scooter: In parallel, the Finance Ministry said it will continue to modernize the two banks by moving ahead with the plans for their operational restructuring, so they can operate on a fully commercial basis and on market terms, and the government will refrain from directing any lending.

Scooter: It added that the decision to recapitalize Rafidain and Rasheed will not be made until the restructuring of their balance sheets has been completed and adequate progress has been made in their operational restructuring, especially by establishing an appropriate governance structure and strengthening risk management and control tasks.
