Restore America Plan – Possible New Evidence 4/29/10

Executive Summary – Tim Turner one of the Guardian Elders involved in the Restore America Plan has filed a $50,000,000,000 (billion) maritime lien against the Houston District Court Corporation. The Sheriff and District Attorney are also being affected by the lien. I heard the district attorney already resigned. Tim Turner so to speak arrested their bond. The lien exceeded their bond (insurance against wrong doing like usurping authority over one they have no authority over) and they had to leave office since they cannot work without a bond. To work without a bond would expose the county to damages.

Turner is one of the 4 Guardian Elders of the Restore America Plan. This is a serious guy. It seems he bankrupted a de facto court known for dealing out evil to the constituents illegally. You know, after all this time, I still can't imagine what kind of mental and/or emotional issues would cause a guy like JustaFlake to continue doing what he's doing. Can people honestly be paid to make such fools of themselves? Just difficult for me to imagine what motivates this guy. I actually couldn't believe he was telling me that, since I'm not officially a member yet. He shared with me the story about the money coming through at the last minute last night, and shortly after that he lost his signal and we were disconnected, so I emailed him. That's what happened, and I just don't feel right about saying who he was. These people are so very busy, they don't need to be flooded with calls that are unnecessary.


Now this one got my interest big time...

This just confirms what I said a week ago. I sensed early in April that there was a split (for lack of a better term) between the Tim+2GEs and Sam. This also accounts for the confusion in the official web sites that Sam himself introduced. Later corrected by Donna, a republic coordinator from Louisiana.

My take on it is, Sam's ego got the best of him and he opened his mouth and was booted just like that former GJ who talk to Tim the other night.

If there was such as split and it was for the reasons I offered, then they are consistent in their approach in protecting the secret nature of GJ proceedings. In other words, even a GE can and will get booted for violating his/her oath. As it should be.

It also reinforces my view that talk is cheap, watch for milestones.

Just playing 'Devil's advocate' here, but has anyone considered the possibility that Sam has simply played his part, exactly as was intended by the long term planners? I don't believe for a minute that SK actually designed the whole plan, despite what he seems to hint.

It is possible. I say that because it was the call weeks ago with only Tim+2GEs (no Sam) and it was that call they confirmed there were issues with Sam, but would not elaborate. Later on the same show, one of them (I think it was Tim) said Sam would handle PR. That's the thing that doesn't fit with my theory of some sort of split.

I really can't see what would be gained by confusing what is supposed to be the "official" site out of the many that popped up in that last 60 days. So, again, for what purpose would this serve?
