I absolutely love and miss Whataburger - have not had one since 1995 - the cheeseburger w/jalapenos was the bomb - now what exactly is your problem???

But seriously, forget about your family if they are treating you like an outcast. You can't fix bald so easily but you can lose weight. Lose the weight and go make your own family of friends and others of like mind. It can be done. :-) But you have to do some work too - it won't just come to you. :-)
