Glad you're back...
I'd like to think that my primary goal these days anyway is to reprogram. I go into trance - and 'install' new programming or beliefs. This gets tied to a keyword or tone... When out of trance I call upon key word and my subconscious kicks in..with new program.
Sort of trippy - but it works! So far anyway. I have manifested many things this way.
Have you heard of SHamans Heart? It is music with binaural beats mixed in. My heart SINGS....
