Dealing with ANGER- Its a serious problem
Anger may do more harm than any other emotion. One days anger

can destroy your whole life. The overall effects of anger are

enormous. Through anger the mind and the body can both become

disturbed. One who start off in in anger many times comes in

the end to regret. Always be gentle. Don’t be rough and

inconsiderate. When one is unkind to others this behavior

inevitably rebounds back on you. Such behavior will cause

destruction to one’s connection to the spiritual realms. One

must allow wisdom to direct their emotions. know that

receiving insults, abuse, and mistreatment in silence is a

tremendous help in dealing with relationships. You have to

work at having balanced, healthy relationships. You can’t run

away from yourself.

Read more including some DEEP spiritual implications

I killed Nazis, Zombies, Innocent civilians and military personal.

On games...

Hey, when I was a child I hit a girl in the face with a brick, got into numerous fights, broken some kid's teeth, dislocated a girl's arm, chewed through multiple cables and caused a power outage (somehow not getting killed, which amazed my teacher) and broke so many things into walls (including a chair I throw at my brothers when I was like 5) that I very well could have become some kind of mass murderer (I became more manipulative later on, much like serial killers).

I thank video games for being something I could put my anger and creativity into without bringing harm to others, in the real world. I still don't fight fairly.

Anger is an issue, but it is easy to find ways to control it. Practice and trial-n-error. Just don't "practice" around other people, because your rage could cause you to hit a guy upside the head with a 45 pound bar.

Re: Dealing with ANGER- Its a serious problem
All emotions are divine gifts that guide our intuitions. Anger included. You have to control how you REACT, but you must find a way to move your anger. Subduing it or denying it is very harmful. Find a safe place and let it move. In order for your emotional body to heal you must move the anger so that you may heal. You cannot heal if you ignore/deny/don't accept your emotions and you cannot heal what you don't accept (that part of you will stay in darkness). They're there for a reason.

I try to be kind, even if I am a little angered. I,m slow to anger which is a good thing. I and no one else can totally
keep from being angry at some point. I don't hold anger, it
isn't healthy.

Sorry, a lot of people will be carrying guns. Attack now, and then die.
That's it. Another excuse coming out for people who wish to blame others for what it is that they are doing.

5000 people died in the Civil War of the '60's.

Re: Dealing with ANGER- Its a serious problem
God does NOT get angry. He has mastered his emotions.

The key to anger is changing it from a negative emotion into a positive one.

If you understand why people are they way they are and why they do the things they do, then it is almost impossible to get angry with them. They won't be able to push your buttons anymore.

If someone wrongs you and you hold onto all that anger, then that person controls you.

You must bring up the anger that you hold and release it.
Free your mind and the rest will follow.

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God...Romans 12:2

BE the change you wish to see in the world.

right

all emotions must channeled to be reflecting the Love of God in creation

ideally ultimately towards the end of Peace

but also know

surgery God forbid, may at times be necessary to fix the body

it appears violent but is healing
