Re: Dealing with ANGER- Its a serious problem
There is nothing wrong with anger

we get problems through suppressing anger which can then manifest as rage

all this bullshit about anger being bad is what causes the problems, it should be seen as an acceptable emotion then people wouldn't feel so bad about expressing it,

but then what do we expect in a world where people are killed daily in the name of peace?

Re: Dealing with ANGER- Its a serious problem
Anger may do more harm than any other emotion. One days anger

can destroy your whole life. The overall effects of anger are

enormous. Through anger the mind and the body can both become

disturbed. One who start off in in anger many times comes in

the end to regret. Always be gentle. Don’t be rough and

inconsiderate. When one is unkind to others this behavior

inevitably rebounds back on you. Such behavior will cause

destruction to one’s connection to the spiritual realms. One

must allow wisdom to direct their emotions. know that

receiving insults, abuse, and mistreatment in silence is a

tremendous help in dealing with relationships. You have to

work at having balanced, healthy relationships. You can’t run

away from yourself.

Okay, some advice needed. What happens when something occurs and you sit there 'calmly' instead of flying off the handle as you normally would? Is this a sign of leaving or chickenshittedness?

Without it though we are mer door mats. The emotion anger is given to us for a reason. It's up to us to figure out how to effectively get it out in constructive mannerisms.
 Quoting: Eve_2000bc

"in constructive mannerisms"

of course

The problem is when it is not "constructive"

and we are better off not saying or doing something stupid

because of impulsive emotion

This is the test. (Challenge)

This is a fantastic propaganda posting by the Israeli Ministry of Propaganda.

Anger is bad, says the Israeli. It will ruin your life. You must not lose your temper. Anger can only be used for constructive purposes that agree with the Israeli poster's ideas.

Wonder what the people living in Gaza think about that approach to anger management.

worse than anger is apathy,

The people who are most in touch with what the Op says is the spiritual realm, are prob those who are most in touch with themselves and not faking anything.

this means not masking or repressing their anger, because everyone feels angry about shit, and that is natural and real.

Personally i like people like Noel Gallagher from Oasis - people who speak ther mind and say what they see.

( but he did look like a arselicking sell out cock when he went to number 10 that time)

OHHHH MANNNNN,good thread!

ANGER,anger is bullshit.

Usually people get angry, and stay angry for like days, maybe even years.

They subconsciously devise a plan and some snotty phrases to express their anger, sometimes through pranks or even worse. They build up their anger like it was some kind of a feat. And they usually do it with a whole lot of style or calmness.

I believe i have never felt anger, anger usually lasts for a long time, and doesn't come so rapidly.

Indeed i am unable to calm down at people after they piss me off,but that isn't anger,it's because i'm very sensitive and pretty much everything is capable of pissing me off, thus i am on a constant rollercoaster of rage.

But RAGE,RAGE is like the whole power of the universe injected into your adrenaline glands for a millisecond only to be released instantaneously because there's no way you can control that chain reaction inside every molecule and cell in your system.

It's that feeling when your so tense that even the slightest movement of the universe including passage of time or even the fact that you are getting pissed can rip your veil of consciousness off the mortal coil so that you become even more hardcore than death because you instantly die and resurrect with the power of a thousand living dead terminators exploding outwards with themselves as the gun and the whole spectrum of matter as their ammunition that rips through every blood vessel so that your organism rattles like a black hole trying to suck god's dick.

And it never EVER lasts longer than a day. After the big bang,it's like nothing ever happened. But if the same shit happens again during the same day,the whole scene get's amplified by x2.

The worst thing about this feeling is that, whenever it starts,it's like taking a hit of nuclear fueled cocaine. You can't stop until it's all depleted. And the only option is meltdown.

But lately i've tried to stay away from that...it's quite unhealthy and i believe my adrenaline glands are permanently damaged from all those outbursts.

I agree with your thread title.

I honestly find it so frustrating sometimes my anger.

I yell sometimes and tense up too much.

But lately I'm looking forward to treating this as a step by step process.

Anger, fear, love, hate, rage, and joy are all natural. What isn't is the suppression of any of these feelings. It leads to drugs, alcohol, depression, obesity, and eventually insanity!
