See an opthamologist.
Sounds like a detaching retina or other disease of the eye.
That's exactly what it is. That's the early warning sign of a detaching retina. It happened to me. See an opthamologist IMMEDIATELY!

I already said i see the same thing not like spider webs though... and i got my eyes tested specifically for it and they said there is nothing wrong like they dilated my pupils to look in my eyeballs with a microscope, i had some floaters and they said its when old jelly brakes off and is absorbed by the eye as new jelly forms, it typical for my age supposedly. My floaters aren't bad i am super critical.
