I've seen them for as long as i can remember. Sometimes inside the house if its bright enough. They appear and fly around like whisps. I actually went to the doctor about it and she had no idea what I was talking about, said it was floaters but I diagree because I can distinguish them from the lights. Floaters move with my eyeballs, the lights do not.
A friend of mine can see them as well, we were actually talking about them a couple weeks ago. He was the first person I've known to see them as well.
