Only a couple of the real crooks at Enron ever saw jail time or even charges - most got off scott free and are living pretty sweet lives. In additon to the 'Raptors' that Skilling and Fastow were convicted of, there was the entire crooked International Division which was responsible for most of the losses that ended up getting covered up. I think we only know about 5% of what went on there.
