I have some stressful shit going on in my life. But it still feels like something more than just the everyday life bullshit.

Same here. Lots of family drama this past week, but this has nothing to do with that. Whatever it is, it's separate. I have been withdrawing from family tonight and keeping to myself not saying much (and I talk all the time). It doesn't seem to be lifting either.

I feel an extreme sadness for no reason.

I feel worn down, weary, limbs are heavy, pressure headache and on the verge of tears.

Nothing to cause this so it is extremely irritating.

I feel alot like that too. The pressure headache just started in my forehead. Not on the verge of tears though. I do keep pacing around the house. Sit for a little while, then get up again. It's weird.

Well, at least I am not alone. Can't seem to keep focused on anything for any length of time. I am going to take a shower and check the thread a little later. Thanks to all for the input.
