Does anyone know a cure for Exzema? What causes it?

stay away from dairy products. Goats milk is a much better alternative to MOOO Juice.

Also avoid any washing product, shower gel, shampoo etc that contains SLS.

Get well soon op. Oilatum is a good emollient helps relieve the itch and broken skin.

My sister used to get eczema growing up. She put a cortisol creme on the affected skin that she got from the drugstore (can't remember the name) and that helped A LOT. I also dated someone who had it and I told him about the creme my sister used. His eczema went away also. Here is a link for some other useful info:

Rub Noxema medicated mens shaving cream deeply & liberally on the area affected and let it dry... do not wash it off.

IT works on acne too.

My son had terrible exzema, we took him to the allergist everything they gave him made it worse.

I looked for alternatives and found that Beehive was the answer.

So, we used Burt's Bees Milk and Honey Body lotion and it went away within days. It has not been back since.

Swear by it-you can find Burt's Bees in most all stores.

I have read your posts before over time..and I respect you highly..
I went to an allergist, and they tested and said I am deathly allergic to Rye, and also allergic to white and brown rice, chicken, wheat, and I think Mushrooms.. I cannot eat beef or pork...

I can eat game, buffalo elk moose and caribou with no ill effects..(I have been talking to many who are experiencing this same thing with the beef and pork...)
I am working hard to leave all of those above out of my diet...now milk, too. no cereals...
It seems to be abating a LITTLE...

So true. Also, Vitamin E, exercise and an organic moisturizer. Cleared it ALL up for me in about a month.

My sister's kids have excema and she notices each child is triggered by different foods.

But the two things that keep it gone are the coconut oil and PROBIOTICS! There is a direct link between excema and the intestines. Be sure to take probiotics every day to keep the healthy bacteria in your digestive system and it should help a lot!

I ordered the coconut oil,it is on the way...s(till going to doctor Monday) but do you eat it drink it or put it on the rash?

I do have a cure for it but what will you give me for it. I spent a lot of time working on it and perfecting the formula. It works great and gives immediate relief and clears up completely.

I never had this until around my 30th birthday.

Then I started getting it on my feet and fingers.

I felt groose, and it stressed me out. I did a lot of research and, IMO, it is caused by an abundance of toxins in your body. I really wasn't the healthiest person, ate fast food, sat around a lot.

I changed my diet, only eat healthy foods mostly now, I cut out just about all sugar. period! And I drink probably 5-8 20oz bottles of water each day. Water and unsweetened tea is just about all I drink acutally. I also work out at the gym now 5 days a week.

After making these changes in my lifestyle I noticed the outbreaks came less frequently and were a lot smaller.. Now, 2 years later I have been a year w/o haveing any exzema.. I've also lost 60lbs!

THIS, i was sceptical, but tried it on my son's bad eczema and it disappeared completely after about a week. they sell it at walmart in a white plastic jar for $10 in the vitamin section.

Stop washing your clothes with regular washing powder. Use 2/3 bicarb of soda, 1/3 regular salt, and 15 drops of orange essential oil per 1kg you mix. Rub the essential oil in. Use 1 cup per large load, 30 or 40 deg Celsius. In the last rinse, pour 3/4 cup of white spirit vinegar (your clothes won't smell of vinegar). This softens the clothes and neutralises odours.

Also, avoid anything on your skin with artificial fragrances. Use aqueous cream if you can't find soap without fragrance.

Interesting info.. Just brainstorming here. Maybe exzema is related to cytokine storms or hormones if pregnancy cleared it up/distracted the immune system.

It may have been soaking in the salt water in Hawaii and/or the negative ions and clean air in both Hawaii and Alaska. Both locations would have tons of negative ions.

I always understood it was a sign of liver disfunction...I would take dandelion root and milk thistle every other day for 1 to 2 wks. also topically use coconut oil...

Nothing topical will work I bet my life. People say run this run that and it worked on me....lies or they don’t know that they are something or took something to affect it. It’s a inside body problem. Vitamin up , d3 k2 and look up ray peat and thyroid health. Bet your diet is lacking . I would bet my life.

What worked for me was this. Take a hot shower once you're done don't dry your self but rub some Vaseline or petroleum gel on the areas with the skin problems. Rub the gel real good into those problematic areas. Then go ahead and dry the rest of your body.It May take a few days in order to clear the problem but definitely works. I always suffered from winter eczema. Haven't suffered from this in many years.Got myself used to rubbing lotion on my body after every shower before drying off.This tip was given to me by a nurse. Eczema is an allergic reaction.

It is almost always an allergic reaction to something directly on the skin, like some kind of soap or fabric. It can even be caused by tears.

It's a form of contact dermatitis.

So, you need to find out what is causing this allergic reaction on your skin.

It could be soap. It could be detergent. It could be a softener. It could even be your tap water.

Shoot wide and only use the mildest of soap on your skin and clothes -- always scent-free. ALWAYS SCENT-FREE.

If the eczema is on your face, stop putting tap water on your face. Use spring water with low ppm of dissolved salts.

In the meantime, cut way back on your salt intake, drink lots of pure well water or spring water, eat 100% organic healthy balanced diet that includes meat, and take a tablespoon of raw organic olive oil once a day in your food.

Don't bother with any creams or lotions. They're not getting to the root of the problem, just covering it up.

Your skin can heal itself, but you need to stop attacking it with chemicals.

Sunshine is also an amazing healer of skin ailments.

Never put sunscreen or sun lotion of any kind on your skin. Just let your body absorb the sun directly, especially through your eyelids (sun glasses should be worn sparingly, if at all).

Clean food and water. Pure mild unscented soap. A teaspoon of organic olive oil a day. And sunshine on your shoulders and elsewhere. That's how you heal eczema and maintain eczema-free skin.

Apple cider vinegar cured mine. Serious. I had it real bad on my face for years. I tried ALL the Dr.’s topical creams with steroids and they were horrible. Take 3/4 apple cider vinegar to 1/4 water. Make sure you use the good stuff. Briggs or Heinez.
