Surprisingly, anything below Mag5 are ocurring far less then normal and anything above Mag5 are ocurring far above normal. And the scale is quite linear. the higher in mag, the greater in frequency of results.
Can't beat doom backed up with math and verified data from the USGS.
If you look at the USGS site, you will see that they said that they stopped listing earthquakes from outside the U.S. that are under 5 starting in 2009. So you can't get an accurate count of smaller earthquakes from that site.
