I just did DMT for my first time a few weeks ago... Quite interesting. That is all I will say.

LSD has negative effects if not taken properly as with any psychedelic.

LSD's effects last way too long though.
DMT trips are usually about 20 minutes and they are the most intense trips you can have from what I've read.

I can not speak for DMT, never have taken it but plan to some day.

As for me, I love the 6 hours on my favorite home grown shrooms.

It definitely sounds like he is talking about a DMT experience, but how do we know that he really is for sure? He never says anything in that video clip about doing DMT and I can't find any other source connecting Jim Carrey to DMT.

From what I've learned DMT is not like other psychedelics when it comes to evaluating yourself and aspects of your own life.

DMT supposedly literally takes you to some other realm or dimension where you are basically just a witness to what is going on.

At the end I think he's basically saying that the Universe is like this huge ocean of consciousness and we as humans somehow managed to break out from it as individual droplets, or at least what appears to us as individual droplets until we take psychedelics and see that we are just part of everything and that there is all kinds of other shit that exists all around us that we can't see because we are physical beings somehow.
