They're trying, but what is the reason?

They are desperate, Black unemployment is about double that of Whites. What is the cure? I don't know maybe limit immigration for awhile, all the jobs that so-called unskilled blue collar workers take to grab themselves up by the bootstraps and advance themselves are soaked up. No wonder they feel such desperation.

Probably no one will listen to this, oh well.
