God is saying in Amos that the Israelites are no more greater then the Ethiopians in stature, not appearance. To God they are both worthless, or it would be better understood that they are only worth what God prices them at. He is threatening them that he does not need them for He could use even the Ethiopians for His purpose if he wanted to. Which is shocking to them for they looked down upon them for there black skin(read Songs of Solomon). No mention of skin color there or physical appearance. If you are going to use that verse then you have to accept they are also white because the Lord compares them to the Phillistines which were from Crete, meaning they were white.

No where in the Bible does it say that Ham was black. PERIOD. So you fail. And if you can claim that Ham is black then I can claim Shem was white, and the Israelites are Shemites. Besides if black DNA comes from Ham then the Israelites were not black for they were from Shem, and were not aloud to mate with other races.
