Aluminum adjuvants trigger the immune response by the body by preserving the viral substance which in this case is Hep. B. If she saw her records and knows she recevied the shots, she should bring those records to whomever is asking for them to be furnished.

The main ill effect is that this will help making sure she does not ever get Hep B.

It could be that someone messed up while copying records, but it could as well be someone else messed up and she didn't get it. So, it is best to do it just in case.
