the girl is lucky is she has only one outbreak.. but it doesn't mean she is cured.. the virus is dormant.. great for her.. she didn't seemingly pass it on to hubby good for her..

But it doesn't change the fact at 17 she made a wrong choice and can try to get away from that choice.

Unless they are planning to be with someone else or the hubby is then it doesn't matter if it is there...

Sounds like the person is trying to deny her mistake by justifying her Cure by lack of symptom.

But it doesn't change the fact it happened.. just move on with the idea and get used to it.. be glad you are symptom free but not disease free.

There are many other thing that will kill ya in the long run than a tag.. They could be HIV positive with no symptoms. They could be Cancer positive with no symptoms.. but the point is positive..

And in this day and age with something like Herpes as prevelant as it is in many forms one could only pray if you had to get something there is far worse out there to have instead.

This girl needs to get over her mistake and keep her marriage and herself faithful to the one she commited too. Then she can keep her "symptom" free status..

I had a male friend who was symptom free from one girl but when he dated another he just flared he said.. so maybe you got lucky not to have a flare partner. triggering it..

I was told by my friend after he became infected he always told the girl upfront.. and used protection from then on.

Sadly should of done that before not after.... but he knows it could of been worse.. that girl he got it from.. well she didn't fare so well.. She died of HIV/AIDS five years later... my male friend is negative on that one.. she must of caught another mistake after him..

I met him from the girl that is not longer around.. I found out her passing it to him from a fight shortly after they started dating I was around for to hear.

I found out she was HIV positive after she was sitting down to figure out who she needed to call.. seems she was symptom free for a period of time.. that male friend was one of the men who after not being with her for 2 years still had to go in to "check" yeah he is lucky that is all he got in the end. Two gentleman after him weren't so lucky.. one who gave it to her.. and one she gave it to. I just thank god she didn't have children.

Tell her to be thankful but never in denial.
