Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 820208 United States 04/22/2010 08:25 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I got in the car one day and drove up I think it was rt 94....towards Hackettstown. I ended up stopping at this bar, I think it was called "the fountain". There was a vietnam vet behind the bar. The place was bizzare...it was a bar in the basement of a turn of century house, and it was decorated with all this weird war propoganda stuff all over the walls...and above the bar there were native american indian statues. The bar tender was watching Patton... It was so freaking strange |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 820208 United States 04/22/2010 08:45 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | not sure if it was stone...looked like an old colonial - on the side of 94N. My only point is, Sussex is just full of the most bizzare stuff. And I was only there a few years. It has some haunted feel to it for some reason. Maybe its just me. I was driving down 94 the same day I stopped in that weird pub, and a few miles up the road there were peoples clothing hung on the upper branches of very high tree's on the side of road. I mean REALLY high....shirts and stuff...(I have pics if ya give me a minute) And for some reason people light christmas trees in the middle of the summer - and some light their houses up....it so freaking strange.... |

Yeah, so have I and have nothing spooky to report. I can see how certain sections of the road lend themselves to creepiness though. Isn't that where Kuklinski (the iceman) dumped one of his frozen bodies? |
