Yes, this is covered in Maxwell's lecture The Dawn of a New Day. I bought the DVD, so I have no link. I recommend. Look for sun symbolism in media and politics around you. Also, listen for any of the words: dawn, new day. I was struck by one example recently, but I can't recall at the moment. And the left and right wings of the eagle are two wings of the same bird.
