Okay, I read all of that because I have been studying RS intently. I think this text is a pretty wide interpretation of his work on reincarnation -- trying somehow to fit it into the Maitreya myth.

In fact, RS's work seems to point to the next stage as being a purely individual endeavor of reconnecting with our spiritual essence without the need of having an overseer.

Sorry, but I find this guys arguement pretty weak.
