Humanity, as a whole, is self-interested, shallow, ignorant, violent and immoral; small wonder, therefore, that our leaders (secret or otherwise) reflect that. You want better leaders, become better people. |

Far too many parents get shuffled into a nursing home, neglected and die among strangers. Sad but true. You were raised better than that, and you should be very proud of your self. You gave your mother a precious gift. Far more precious than gold. |

She used to call him her Jimmy. I was only about 8 or so, right in the middle of a conversation she was having with my dad, she said, JImmy I have to go, my angels is here, and she died, just like that. It freaked me out and my dad still cannot explain it to this day, 25 years later. |

The baby's last thing done on this earth was coming out of his coma long enough to reach with outstreached hands toward the celing and smiling really big and excited, and then laid back and died. A really profound moment in my life and a life changing moment for my friends. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 690564I mean being conscious and pointing somewhere in a room and saying "there goes another one, ...what are those white things?". I'm not dying and I've seen those things my whole life. Probably visual artifacts of the mechanism we use to see: eye, optic nerve, or the brain itself during processing. Angels or Demons? Probably not, but I can't recall ever being dead, so I'm not one to answer the question. My wife, however, was dead on the operating table for 5 or so minutes when she was in her early twenties. She did see a white light like thing... But it morphed into a large reptilian creature who tried to offer her fame... She turned down the offer and never saw it again... |

Just because it can be chemically induced does not diminish the metaphysical nature or the reality of the experience. |
