THE "SANE", FACTUAL KATLA-HEKLA VOLCANO THREAD

The truth:

Yes there is a volcano erupting.

Yes, it is possible that Katla could erupt, but as of now there is no indication from seismic activity or anything else that Katla is about to erupt, or Hekla for that matter.

If you want to watch for seismic activity, which would be a precedent to any eruption of these two volcanoes, watch this link and keep refreshing it:

Until you see red dots all over Katla, which is the bottom most small patch of white on that map, disregard all these idiotic threads that keep getting pinned.

And at the moment it appears to have shifted downwards due to high wind.

Lord forbid we have a thread around here with any kind of sanity and factual information to it.

They constantly go up and down. Any major uptick will likely accompany an increase in seismic activity on the earthquake chart at top.

Until these things happen, do not believe a word that is said in these other idiotic threads. As of right now, there is absolutely nothing to indicate these volcanoes are about to erupt, other than hearsay.
