Am in the process of refinancing our home and consolidating or taking out a second mortgage to consolidate (not sure what to do yet because our first mortgage is at 5.25% and weīre not likely to see that rate again) Anyway, itīs hysterical how all the brokers/agents out there donīt want anyone to believe the interests rates are going up. One broker condescendingly asked me what makes me think the rates are going up? Theyīre trying to shove APRīs down our throats like the rates are going to stay low forever.
