I think the most important questions to settle are the legal ones regarding Article Ii of the constitution ( [link to topics.law.cornell.edu] )

So far, the courts that have dismissed the lawsuits seeing to enforce Article II of the constitution have said that private citizens don't have the standing to enforce that clause. The Federal Election Commission declared it's not going to review challenges to eligibility.

Legal precedents that have been set now say only that people can't enforce the eligibility clause of Article II.

This has to be cleared up! The ongoing controversy about Obama's eligibility to be President is the obvious result of Washington ignoring its obligation to explain how Article II is enforced and by whom.

Why won't they clear this up?

Articles covering the story call us "birthers", which is an absurd smear-by-label that makes it appear that we are fixated on the uterus and not the law, and as if this single controversial issues defines our existence.

I have yet to see a mainstream media article accurately report the facts surrounding the controversy, which includes the fact that Obama first tried to roll out the scanned copy of the birth certificate on a certain unattributed (duh) to a KOS website that was pretending it was a printout from the 1960's. They backpedaled on that under criticism, but have never cleared up other disturbing questions, like why Kenyans (including his relatives) have been claiming Obama was born in Kenya when his mother was grounded from flying because she was too close to delivery, which was the rule in the aviation industry at that time.

All you see from mainstream media are "birther" labels flung around and failure to describe our arguments in real detail.

So you can say what you want about Canada Free Press, but MSM have used worse journalistic practices in covering this issue.
