That they do not. Large earthquakes are orders of magnitude larger than these. It would take 10s of thousands of these 2.0-3.5 EQs to relieve a little bit of pressure.

VERY shallow depths on these! they are being felt!

I have to keep reading these type of remarks as hubby, 2 kids and I are going to be in O.C./Anaheim in late May for hubby's family get together. I am TERRIFIED of earthquakes, all of my in-laws scoff at me but I am literally on pins and needles everytime we have to go to SoCal.

Chances are you'll get to experience one at least. But get off the pins'n'needles; it'll be a thrill! I've been sitting on one side of the room and had a glass vibrate across the tabletop while the other side of the room felt nothing...its just the luck of the draw. But I'll be the first to admit being on the pins'n'needles for a while afterward. Wondering, "Was that it or is there more (bigger) coming?"
