Some say that IQ is biased to cultural values. So over the years they have tried to create IQ tests that test for Intelligence exclusive of culture. Straight math problems. Straight history questions. Fundamental language questions.

The end result, there was no significant difference in IQ scores. From test to test the numbers vary one or two points.
American Blacks scored an average of 85.
Amerinds (American Indians) scored an average of 88.
Hispanic Americans scored an average of 89.
Americans of European descent scored an average 100.
Americans of Asian descent scored an average of 102.
Americans of Germanic descent scored an average of 107
American Jews scored on average 119.

These averages keep on repeating regardless of how the tests are structured. Some people are just not academically inclined. That does not mean they can not work. It just means that their brains do not make them college material.

For Blacks, an average of 85 tells you that nearly half of all blacks are retarded. That, of course is showing up in the school systems all across the nation. The failure rate of Blacks, Amerinds, and Hispanics in public education has been well documented. They drop out of school at an alarming rate. We can deny it all we want, but it is a reality.

I have long favored reformatting our schools so that after sixth grade we send those kids who are just not that academically intelligent to trade schools where they can learn skills to serve them in the Service Industry. Do that and we will have a higher employment rate among Blacks and Amerinds. Hispanics seem to find work regardless of their IQ.
