Why do people from the Netherlands suck so much?

I know. Seriously though, it has been made crystal clear by the overwhelming majority of Dutch posters that they hold Americans in low regard. They do this without actually even knowing Americans other than what they see on television. Oh well. That is the way it is I guess. Fuck em.

But we have less than 1 in 1000 ppl in jail,
while USA incarceration rate exceeds 1 in 100.
For those that are bad at math, you put more than 10 times as many ppl in jail as we do.

Yea, but what is actually illegal in the Netherlands? Drugs, prostitution, etc are perfectly legal there. In the United States you go to jail for this.

Perchance that has as much to do with America as with the Dutch.
If you ask people the world over if they have a favourable opinion of the US, America only scores better then Israel, Iran, and North-Korea.
You guys have a very serious public image problem.

And 90% of them have access to the 'net and know a bit of English.
So they stick out a bit more.

The Dutch have become very rude lately, even to eachother, beacause they are supressed by their Robberment and pushed away to give space to criminal desertpeople.

America is still one of the best *overall* countries in the world. No, it is far from perfect, but if you travel much, you will know what I mean. Yes, there is more polarization and issues today than 10 years ago, but heck, the same applies in Holland and many other countries

The Americans are generally very helpful and the nature and sights can be just amazing (depending on which part of this huge country you are in).

The Netherlands is also a good country. Yes, has it's issues, but it is relatively save, with a nice country-side and history and also very central for springing off to other EU destinations. (Many international companies in Holland, just for that reason.) The Dutch are VERY helpful with tourists and will gladly, generally, speak English willingly. Dutch can actually be MUCH more friendly with foreign visitors than their own people in many cases!



Leave politics largely out and I think you'll see most countries are filled with fine people.


the dutch are into presentation and only are friendly to tourists because of their dutch nationalism. they want to look good to outsiders. once you live there their true colors show. nasty vile race TPTB are proud of.

noone can understand the dutch until they speak the language and i speak it excellently and trust me they're not what the english-speaking tourist experiences.

i'm not saying they're all bad. there is 10% of dutch who have escaped to other countries and i've met them. many who came to the united states to escape the socialist state

they have this strange habit of leaving their curtains about because they're a "shame-based" society and want to make sure everyone knows they've got nothing to hide. i knew a gay couple who lived in a small town and the neighbours complained because they kept their blinds closed.

the dutch are annoyingly stubborn and arrogant. they call americans arrogant but i always tell them americans are more ignorant than arrogant

So euhm, what is so good about your system? Do you have less people using drugs? Do you have less prostitution?

If you would actually look at the numbers you will see the differences are negligible. Hence whats the point in locking all those people up?
