I want to add, he was wearing a Tshirt that said something like "arrest me, not my family" or "Arrest me not my friends". Not sure which one he was wearing, but he got his wish.

This guy was on meet the press this morning saying he was willing to give blood for DNA on his Social Security card.

Immigration reform will brint the National ID card with biometrics.

I had never heard of him until the Congressional stuff on C-span about Puerto Rico. He went on and on about how they are a nation WITH THEIR OWN LANGUAGE and if they become a state we shouldn't try to get them to speak English. Made me furious...WE are a nation WITH OUR OWN LANGUAGE...if they want to join OUR nation they need to learn English. He set out to get arrested for protesting the AZ immigration bill.

Gutierrez defended his lobbying at "entirely appropriate" and provided bank documents stating he repaid the loan, and has said he never gets involved in local zoning matters.[21][22] The project is outside Gutierrez’s congressional district. Boender and his associates had donated about $41,000 to Gutierrez's re-election campaign. Denise Casalino, a former city planning commissioner, testified at Boender's trail that she was in a meeting with Gutierrez, Boender and Daley in the winter of 2004-05 at which the project was presented to Daley.[23] Gutierrez's sister-in-law Jeanette Torres, a real estate broker, was hired by Red Seal Development Corp., one of Boender's partners on the project, to sell real estate

Congressman Luis Gutierrez was saying how awful it was that people would have to show their papers one minute and the next minute he was saying how he wouldn't mind at all giving blood for a (DNA) biometric print on his social security card.

The only reason illegal immigration is being talked about in the media at all is to get people lined up for their biometric social security card. They won't really do shit about the illegals.
