Dude said a mouthful with that section 8 shit.
That's how they take over and ruin communities. It only takes one or two of these section 8 houses to make everyone want to move the fuck out. I swear it looks to me like investors run home owners out by renting a couple of them then they scoop up the pieces as people hat up and begin to leave.
Works every time.
Want a piece of land? Buy the piece next to it and rent it to a bunch of feral negroes and white folk begin looking for another place to go.
