It's gone on for years, and in most of the articles I've seen like this the person has been deported 5 or 6 times.

The Chandler rapist was one of these people that kept on crossing the boarder.

PHOENIX - The man dubbed as the "Chandler rapist" was sentenced to 168.5 years behind bars on Friday.

Santana Batiz-Aceves is an illegal alien. He was arrested in 2008 and admitted to preying on teenage girls, attacking them after their parents left for work.

Aceves plead guilty to a dozen charges last month as part of a plea deal, including child molestation and aggravated assault. He knew what he was going to get: 168.5 years.

On Friday, the court room was filled with sobs as victims and their families spoke out about Aceves' reign of terror is the east valley.

He scoped out targets of his fiendish sex crimes, girls between the ages of 12 and 14. He researched comings and goings painstakingly, until the moment he pounced. Wielding knives, screwdrivers, anything he could find to intimidate his innocent victims. Then he threatened to kill them if they breathed a word to anyone.

One of those victims had the courage to stand before the judge and address her attacker.

Aceves had two prior felonies for drugs and burglary. He had been deported three times from the United States.

He hung his head the entire time in court, never once making eye contact with his victims or their families.

Santana Batiz-Aceves will be eligible to be released around the year 2178.

CASA GRANDE, Ariz. - In the border battle, we're learning more about what happened last Friday when a Pinal County Sheriff's deputy was shot.

Deputy Louie Puroll was tracking drug smugglers when he was reportedly shot by illegal immigrants.

Puroll made this call to 9-1-1 after he was shot in the desert near Casa Grande:

Puroll: "I'm right at the top of the saddle..I'm about 50 yards west of the..laying down on the ground in the brush..there are least two guys..I may have gotten one of them but I can't tell. I've got to get off thephone and shut up. I just wanted to let you know where I'm at..I've decided to stay here. There's brush all around me... I'm going to stay here unless I have to move."

Operator: "Alright. Are you okay?

Puroll: "---- no, I'm not okay, I've been shot. Tell them to hurry up."

Operator: "I have deputies in the area..they have their sirens on so you'll be hearing them okay."

Puroll: "...I'm several miles from the road."

Operator: "Are you in your truck?"

Puroll: "No, I'm not in my truck."

Deputy Puroll was grazed twice by bullets coming from an AK-47 and Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu calls the attack an ambush. Babeu says six illegal aliens opened fire on Puroll and the deputy fired several rounds back.

Deputies ended up taking 17 suspected illegal aliens into custody. Several people were questioned about the shooting, but none of them were believed to be the actual shooter.

"So he shot off what appears to be at this time a total of 46 rounds at the suspects. He believes at this moment that he struck one of the suspects. The six suspects are still at large." said Babeu.

And this is justice ? Granted living in prison can't be all that great, He's still living.

I'm thinking a rather harsher punishment.

Back on topic now, where I live the police racially profile the hell out of black's & Mexicans.

And the Mexican's are getting the worst of it around here, for example if your black w/ braids they'll be looking at you for gang stuff & drugs. However if your a Latino looking anything, to the above add : legal status, & human trafficking.
I've been left sitting in a car (cause I'm white & old)while blacks & latino's have been detained under restraint. They were released when THEIR b/g checks came back. All the cop required from me was a 15 sec look at my drivers license.

Something needs to be done quickly about this.
